I had emailed to get my initial quote, so I responded to the person's email asking if I was expected to pay for a full day considering I don't know what time it even came, only that it was after 3:00. I emailed twice and got no response. It's not easy for me to make calls during business hours which is why I tried emailing. I finally gave up and called today to ask about that first day it was delivered as well as schedule pick-up for after the weekend. Both times I've called he has seemed distracted by children frequently interrupting the conversation. I understand working from home (I do as well), but he's running a business. I don't know if previous 5-star reviews were with a different owner, but I'll absolutely never use this company again. I only gave them two stars because the dumpster was clean and put in a good location in my driveway.
