Watched two very lazy, unmotivated, chatty to each other employees move with the speed of sloths about the kitchen - not really accomplishing anything. Store needs to have at least two cashiers at all time and someone constantly replacing the missing items, this is a 24 hour store. Parking lot looks much cleaner, not so much trash, which attracts the ruthless seagulls. Not so many homeless people hanging out in the parking lot pan handling.

Disappointing Experience…read more I recently had the displeasure of visiting Circle K Dauphin St Mobile AL and was thoroughly unimpressed with the entire experience. From the moment I pulled into the station, it was clear that this place was not up to par. Firstly, the appearance of the station was lackluster at best. The pumps were dirty and in disrepair, and the surrounding area was littered with trash. It was not the kind of environment I want to be in while pumping gas. Upon entering the store to retrieve a recite, I was greeted by an unpleasant odor and a disorganized, unkempt interior. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. There were wet spots on the floor throughout the store where I did not see a wet floor sign but yet a dirty mop bucket at the front of the store with very dark and disgusting water. I stood in the store at the register several minutes before the cashier even acknowledged me. I asked for a recite due to me swiping with a corporate card. To my surprise the response from this cashier was very displeasing. Her tone and hand gestures clearly said that she was tired and did not want to be bothered by paying customers. I could not get a recite ultimately due to the registers being closed at 11pm tonight and there was no paper at the pump. Overall, my experience at Circle K was subpar in every way. The choice of filling a position vs the importance of customer service has really hit an all time low. Circle K you really have failed your customers this was the ideal store that was clean well kept and had superb customer service. I would not recommend this gas station to anyone and will certainly not be returning. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable, clean and customer-friendly establishment for your fuel needs.

I rarely go inside so I can't say much about customer service,. bathrooms, etc. But the outside is clean and the gas prices are some of the best in the area. Get it before it's gone. I've been traveling in my RVs for a number of years now and frequently use Love's Travel Stops to…read morefuel my diesel pusher. from the trucker's side of the business they all look pretty much the same, a row of high flow diesel fuel islands, a prepay fuel counter inside, with restrooms and showers for the truckers. I rarely venture pass the fuel counter - the staff here was very friendly and efficient so although I have to make two trips inside one to prepay and another to retrieve my actual receipt I'm used to their protocols so it is what it is. Nothing bad or surprising here diesel fuel is dirty but they seem to be on top of things here most Love's location periodically pressure wash the fuel island and have buckets of soapy water and bug sponges and squeegee near each fuel pump (the ones I used this visit needs replacement they are a little worn). There's no doubt I'll stop again if I need fuel when I'm back in the area since Love's is my fuel stop of choice, trust me they are next level when compared to a lot of their competitors...

I have a brand new vehicle with less than 15k miles on it. Had to flush my entire fuel system, drain the gas tank, and now have to worry about my fuel injectors being damaged over the long term. If anyone else purchased premium gas in the last two weeks from this location, and had a similar issue, I suggest reporting this to the state board of agriculture.
