We needed to have three trees removed and the crew showed up early in the morning and was done by lunch. Challenging work for sure and didn't do any damage in all the tight quarters falling the big limbs. Most importantly though was the fair price and hard workers. I really appreciated the awesome cleanup after they left. Blew the yard for wood shavings raked all the leaves and left everything in great shape. Another crew did the stump grinding which does leave a bit of a pile of wood chips. While they offered to remove the for an added price, I chose to just do that work myself. I would certainly call this crew again and am telling all my neighbors this is the crew for them.

We had several trees that were getting ready to fall. They were multi-trunk trees that were leaning…read moreover our house, our neighbor's house, our other neighbor's house... And another nearly-dead trunk leaning over power lines. Of course. I was able to get a quote within a few days, substantially less than other companies quoted, and I was impressed with images of their previous work. They were punctual, polite, very careful of our property (fences 100% undamaged! VERY careful when removing my grape vines from the trees to be taken down), did not try to convince me to cut anything extra and in fact recommended I leave one of the hackberry trunks as well as a big deformed limb. I was worried, Mr. Lowderman reassured me that they were safe to leave! Even our dogs thought the guys were great! I was even given some free advice on managing some saplings; what I should remove and when I should do that. I just haven't any complaints of any kind about their behavior or the service they provided. They went above and beyond my expectations. I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing any tree work. We were scheduled again and was canceled because " a worker had other plans". I. had to repeatedly contact him to get it rescheduled. He finally told me he was going on vacation and could not get it done. When I asked him about meeting the insurance companies time line he sent a text that said "I can't guarantee anything at this point over a week away. I will call you when I get back, and if you still need it done, I'll be more than happy to take care of you." I ended up signing with another tree company who completed the job in 5 days.
