Very clean well kept restroom 5-star all the way. Great polite staff. If you are hungry for more than a snack (which the have biggest selection) a Subway is also in the building. Highly recommend for snacks or whatever. They have a walk-in cooler to grab your case. Stop fill-up and shop.

Wow, one of the nicer fuel stations I've seen. You walk inside, and you see a modern, sleek, and…read moreinviting design. Lots of soda, snacks, frozen goods, a full coffee bar (with my personal favorite - extra-caffeinated coffee), and even a "beer cave" for those who drink. I've had great service both times that I've been here so far. Not only that, but this station opened with not just your usual 2, but 4 E85 pumps. Best E85 price around Bay City too! Right off I-75, and a short jog from both downtown Bay City as well as Saginaw.

A friend (worked) for this company while back and she only got 29 hours a week & wanted full time. The company is cheap, the pay is low. At their Xmas party in Frankinmuth 2024, he thanked all employees because profits were way up. BUT then said there wouldn't be any Christmas bonuses that year. Why even say this, after saying profits are way up? Even if he thought is was a funny joke,it really isn't when ppl are paid poverty wages. This isn't funny in these days and times. I heard this from my friend and thought " what a turd bag".Ppl don't have to work there, but the poverty wages make the company look pathetic and greedy. They are short staffed a lot. Maybe because the pay. COME ON, pay your ppl so they can at least pay rent and eat a little. They should turn the air conditioner on or fix it too, with their record high profits, its hot in there!! Low pay,no profit sharing, no bonuses, no dental, medical, optical. No incentives ,no A/C all hot summer. No wonder they are short staffed all the time. Oh well, many companies do this too. Record profits earned from paying low poverty wages. They do what they gotta do. It's sad.Money first ppl last.

The gas station itself is not the problem. It is with the customer services from their associates…read more It varies from excellent to being quite rude depending on who is working at the time. We experienced a bad situation when I was fueling my wife's car. Since we wanted some snacks for our long drive I went inside to pay for the fuel. My wife pulled up. When she did, the clerk ran out of the store accusing my wife of trying to drive off without paying for the fuel. When the clerk realized her mistake she still refused to apologize. Quite frankly, if they're that paranoid of having people stealing fuel, they should make it so guests have to prepay or pay at the pump. The inside of the store is clean and they have excellent baked goods from Cops Doughnuts in Clare. However, when they closed down the A & W and replaced it with Subway I was disappointed. The staff that work at Subway too can be quite rude unlike the friendly staff that worked A & W. There is another area of improvement that they should make. The entrance drives and the parking lot are quite rough. In a nutshell, if they improved their customer service I would have given a much better review. They have a long ways to go to improving guest service.
