Two appointment have been cancelled and rescheduled by office in three years. an I was told by the children after we left the office that they were not treated well by a hygienist, they would say something that was out of line or made to feel like they were not wanted there. May I missed a appointment and was told they were booked until 2023, I dont believe it, cant prove it but I took the appointment for the following year and I am looking for a office with professional staff that know how to treat people regardless of who they are.

Their hours don't seem to matter. They have set hours on limited days but don't seem to answer their phone half the time. The doctors seem ok it seems to be more of an issue with staff and clerical. It is a really small office. Some of my family uses them because they take Medicaid. I don't use them myself other than to help with the appointments and get them there. If you are looking for a dentist that is available more hours and consistent in returning calls and appointments I would look around.

The cost difference pretty much pays for my way home to visit. I always try to schedule on Monday or Friday because I like to see Dr. Matt and Jean is my favorite to clean my teeth. UPDATE: I wanted to update my work I had done by a…read moreprofessional dentist. As you can see, its a night and day difference compared to Cook's work. One of my front teeth that Cook "fixed" fell out soon after, and had to be glued in every morning with polygrip, like I was an old lady or something. The corrected work is what I asked Dr Cook to do, and what he promised he could deliver. The only reason Im leaving such a lengthy review and follow up, is that I was swindled out of a lot of money for a smile that was embarrassing. How Dr Cook can sleep at night is beyond me. I deserve a refund of all my money! I am happy now, that a professional, honest dentist came in and corrected the work, and gave me a Hollywood smile!

I cannot believe how much I actually enjoyed hanging out with Dr. espeleta and his assistant, even in the midst of a root Canal! I can't believe how it didn't hurt at all! They numbed me up and we went through the process. Nice 80's fun music in the background, great personalities .. I can't believe I actually sort of enjoyed my time during a surgery.
