On 28 March 2026 while traveling to Tulsa Oklahoma from Medina Minnesota with my three sons and…read moredog, my GMC Yukon transmission disintegrated on I-35. I was stranded on the side of the road about thirty miles from Independence Missouri. My insurance Company notified a towing company who had the vehicle towed to Robertson GMC. The dealer ship was concerned that my family was stranded so they sent a man named Ray with his SUV and picked up myself, the dog and my three boys and took us to the Bass Pro shop in Independence Mo to wait for my father to drive from Tulsa to Independence to get us and take us to Tulsa while we waited for our Yukon to be repaired. Since it happened on a weekend the repair could not begin until Monday. I have to acknowledge Chris the assistant service manager who came in on his day off to sort out the details of repairing the vehicle so they could hit the ground running Monday morning. Now that's customer service. The assistance and caring attitude of this dealership sets the standard for customer service. I would like to thank Mike Robinson for setting the cultural climate of excellence, compassion and unity that this dealership operates in. The cohesiveness and team work I experienced by those employed there is a rare commodity these days. I want to publicly recognize Robbie Brook Service manager, Chris Assistant Service manager, General Manager Tim who called Ray to transport us to Independence and Roy Gates who drove us. Chris kept me informed about the progress of getting a new transmission installed and working with the warranty personnel. To say the process went smoothly would be an understatement. The process was flawless and the new transmission was installed in an expedient manner. I also want to thank the mechanics who installed the transmission for their expertise and knowledge. Your excellence in service is commendable. I picked up my Yukon Wedensday and drove it back to Minnesota. I am happy to say we have had no issues with as of today 3 April 2026. It is operating flawlessly. I highly recommend this dealership and the culture of excellence they have set for their community. Thank seems insignificant, but it is from the heart! KWE Tulsa Ok

Sadly I've used All Pro many times and used to have wonderful service. I was in an accident and…read morethey repaired my minivan where You wouldn't have even known. They used to take care of my mothers car so much so they would pick it up and deliver it when completed. Yep it sounds great, right? In 2016, before heading out on a lot Good Night! Journey from Kansas City to where I now live on the north Oregon coast, I took my Dodge Caravan in to have it all checked out before leaving. I had work done which took many days longer than promised, the day I was to leave, I'm taking off and a couple of miles down the road, it still had the same issues. Two days later and a week late from heading out, with my sister so she can see where I live and show her the amazing sites of traveling through he Badlands, Mount Rushmore and many other wonderful places along with the crazy mountains that we were driving in. I get back to Astoria and not only had to have all the work done again as it was done incorrectly by All Pro, but I found out my brakes were out in the back, completely rusted out and only the very thin front brake pads were working. All Pro said that not only did they fix the problems I was having and costing over $4,000 but also said they checked it all out for being road ready, to travel 2,000 miles and through mountains. This year, April 2018, I took my 1989 Class C Motorhome to All Pro "BIG MISTAKE". First I didn't not pay for any of the work the did on my minivan. I canceled payment. So 2 years later, knowing that they made a HUGE mistake and thinking they won't do it again - I WAS SO WRONG. Paid them $600 for work and then breaking down in North Platte, Nebraska - paid $400 for a tow and have all the work and more as they missed a bunch of stuff. UGH! Found out the engine battery they put in was the wrong size and a no name off brand. Some of the connection wires to the engine battery and the house battery were not even connected. The transmission fluid was "6" quarts low. The Motorhome takes 12, I was lucky the shop discovered this. The power steering fluid was practically empty, the U- Joints were DRY and needed greased. I would have never made it to Oregon through the mountains without them being greased. The Solenoid was DEAD and needed replaced. I'm mean waayyyy to many things. And I paid cash this time, so there is no way to cancel or fight payments. Ok, so at your own risk, NO... DON'T have All Pro on Sterling in Independence, Mo work on any automobile you have.
