Our son found True Water and what a great choice! We had a great experience with Austin and Patrick in our two boats (plus 2 more, sorry not sure of the guides names)! We floated a section of the river we'd not floated before. Very impressed with Austin and Patrick's knowledge of the river and professionalism. Our two boats weren't interested in fishing, more focused on remembering the sounds, smells, feel of the river. Did enjoy watching Austin and Patrick fish though. The boats are very stable (and a lot newer than dad's Alumacraft). Great value because we know the work that goes into getting the rig together and your gear plus transportation to/from the drop off and pick up sites. We are also impressed that they teach newbies how to fly fish, which is truly an art. If you are new to fly fishing, this should be your intro. It's a subtle art. We had a great time. As soon as I got in I was stopped by a cashier who demanded I leave my backpack in my car because it's their "policy". I said like hell it is, the Hamilton store lets me bring it in - so it's clearly not a corporate policy. Treating customers like criminals is pretty tacky.
