This is my second visit here in Mississippi, first was due I could not get into an oil change, so after the 800 mile drive , I scheduled an oil change here in Columbus MS. I met Service Advisor Cynthia Keaton who totally took Customer service to another level. Cynthia was courteous, professional . Today's visit was nothing less than phenomenal, again Cynthia was on point. I explained my 2018 Altima issue with her, she didn't try to nickel and dime me , she told me it was a simple battery change or could the break switch. He suggested we only change the battery first , then come back if that was not the problem. I went in today for a routine service, they have always had the "first come, first serve" policy. Today that policy wasn't the case for a customer that pulled in behind me. There were at least 4 vehicles in front of me, so I was waiting patiently when I noticed the vehicle behind me going in for service before me and any of the 4 vehicles in front of me. When I brought it up to the manager, he said I was being rude and told me to leave and never bring my car back there because I didn't buy it from there anyway. No, I didn't buy my car from there, but I have spent a lot of money servicing my vehicles. He never denied the fact and even agreed they were wrong in what they did. He even called the cops on me...note I'm black, he's white and the gentleman who's car got moved to the front is white. Everyone else waiting for service was black with the exception of one person who's vehicle had already been moved to the shop. I will never go to this dealership again and will advise everyone close to me not to.
