I've been using Coker Prime over the course of the past four (4) years and their Team members have completed the needed work in a timely manner, for a competitive price, and the work has been exceptional. Most recently, I contact Coker Prime to install a "whole house" generator outlet to make it easy to deliver power to our home in the event of a power outage. Coker Prime provided me with several options to fulfill this need, including generator size, cable options, and ease of operation. Their timely insight made it easy for me to select the right equipment and accessories. Coker Prime worked with me to select the best date and time to do the work. I love the fact they arrive on time with the all the necessary tools and parts to do the work. Matt introduced himself and we discussed the work to be done. Matt made sure I understood the work he was going to do and how long it would take. He immediately went to work and did the work exactly as he had said. He was courteous, demonstrated his expertise, and was quick to answer any questions I had throughout the process. He cleaned up after finishing the job and then he took the time to go over guidance for "the steps I should take to use" the whole house power plug. He took his time and made sure I was confident in understanding the process. This organization understands Customer Service, Communication, and follow-through. They are highly responsive, down to the morning of the work when I received a message telling me Matt's arrival time. I can not recommend this company. They made me pay for their mistakes which added $1,000 to the…read morebill. We hired them to install a power pole which required trenching. While they were trenching they broke our water main and did not tell us. So that cost about $200 for a plumber to fix which Coker would not pay for. Luckily we found saw the water leaking or it could have been a much bigger disaster. Then they put the electrical pole in the wrong place and the technician said it was because the clay was hard and he had been digging all day. When I talked to the boss he said he had told the technician how to do it but there was a tree root in the way (there wasn't). Then the next day the boss changed his story to the fact that the wires would have been short anyway that they needed to connect to. What's worse is they charged us $775 extra to fix their error. I will never use them again.

Ill be going through all camera footage as ive already seen he's hit my wall with our metal ladder too many times to count yesterday and now i get to finish and fix his poor filling job on ALL cut outs in my home MYSELF. Their first available appointment was a week out, probably because they are the ONLY electricians that actually answer the phone or return phone calls. Two gentlemen came out to my house and spent an hour or so checking each point in the current until they were able to identify the issue and fixed it quickly once located. All in all came out to about $100/HR. Both electricians were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and honest. I would use them again for sure.
