I provided my new patient paper work & ID. She took all and my payment. This process was fast and shortly after I was greeted at the door by the dental hygienist. Sam was extremely welcoming and even ok'd my husband to stay in the room (except for xrays) she was so kind and she listened very well. She did a great cleaning and gave some great tips. I'm happy of how nice she was, I don't think there are words that can describe how happy I am here. I plan to come as my dental office from now on. The dentist was also very attentive and gave me some advice as to what I should do when it came to my dental care. I'm glad she was able to gave me a break down.

Another nearby dentist's office did a horrible job bonding one of my front teeth- the bonding ended up breaking off within hours, and it looked terrible. I was horrified and embarrassed, and did not want to return to that dental practice to get it fixed after what a terrible job they did. Frechtman Family Dental squeezed me into their schedule at the last minute, first thing in the morning the DAY BEFORE Thanksgiving to fix my tooth so I didn't have to go too long with my tooth broken. Dr Frechtman did an amazing job, and my fixed tooth looks great! I am forever grateful. My second visit was earlier today for a routine exam/cleaning, and again, I was very happy with my visit. Everyone who works there is so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The office is very clean and neat, has a very relaxing/calming atmosphere, and is of course following COVID protocols. My exam/cleaning was thorough and painless, and I was given a lot of helpful information. Everything was perfect. I wish I could go for exams/cleanings more than twice a year, that's how great it was. I have recommended this place to family and friends, and I will not go anywhere else! The office atmosphere is relaxed, yet professional. Wait times are short; I don't think I ever waited even 10 minutes to be called in. Dr. Lukenda is very knowledgeable and welcomes questions from his patients, addresses any and all concerns. He has a great bedside manner and delivers thorough and high quality care. It's so unfortunate not all have had the pleasure of this practice in every sense: * the easy location * the very kind staff in billing, dental aides, dentists themselves, everyone * the superb levels of cleaning from mostly the dental aides with a consultation & check everytime from the dentist himself * the comfortable waiting area that's actually a pleasure as it has WiFi, cable tv, magazines for all age ranges, etc. * and just the overall care all staff exhibit due to the close community relations. I had both Invisalign & follow-up metal braces done with orthodontist Dr. Rick Wright with whom Dr. Fodor coordinated all care.
