The confusion began because the irrigation map Adler provided was misleading, which directly caused me to believe a zone was still malfunctioning. Instead of listening, confirming the facts, or returning my call, they terminated service altogether -- using policy as a shield for their own error. What could have been solved in a five-minute conversation turned into a complete breakdown of professionalism. The tone of their response was arrogant, condescending, and entirely devoid of the respect a paying customer deserves. Businesses reveal their true character when something goes wrong.
