And the hallways smell. I voiced several complaints, wrote a blog post, and still never heard from the GM of the hotel because he simply could not be bothered. Instead, he had his minions phone me and they refused to refund me for at least 1 night. They did not notify me prior to my stay there would be construction at 7am. The night I arrived there was loud noise and thumping at 2am. The WiFi was spotty. Everything except for the service of the bellhops was absolutely awful. I still cannot believe no one tried to remedy the situation more than "we'll take care of you next time." THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME.

Easy walking distance to the Tube (Subway) station. Made travelling everywhere much easier and convenient. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Reasonable rates. Would definitely stay here again in the future. They checked us into one of the two rooms at 8 am when check in is 3 pm!!!! Subsequently since every single person has been very engaging and seems to go out of their way to make our stay memorable! Can all properties be trained by these individuals?? If not, they should be. The rooms are typical London small, but very clean and cute. My 5 stars goes for the service!!! Traveling via the tube and walking the short distance to this hotel and lounge was a great experience. While we did not stay at this hotel, it does definitely looks like what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. My wife joined me on this trip and we were not disappointed. The only splurge on my trip was the cigar and it was worth it. Definitely a must if you want to grab a drink and smoke before a show, dinner or just relaxing. The walls are beautifully adorned with paintings of celebrities. The staff was very attentive and did not make us feel like the rookies we are in this arena. I would definitely recommend and visit again.
