The studio has a variety of tables & machines (not my brand, but ...) and other techniques (or programs) - TRX. After an hour of putting me through my paces, assessing my skills & fitness, to see where I would fit into group classes, I feel pretty good about Gina & the studio. It's not my first home, but I think I'll grow to fit in. Gina has a great personality for a trainer; personable, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. I decided after my experience to sign up for the group classes, the first two between or calendars, all future are via the Internet, conveniently from home. I highly recommend if your are curious able Pilates or looking for a studio, you give Gina a try.

Cynthia took care, early on, to make sure that I never overextended myself and used proper form to avoid injury. So often I would fall back into my old habits.
