He gave breaks, checked in, and explained what step he was at, at every check in. For the details on workspace and cost: very clean environment, adherence to keeping things sanitized (couldn't give my wife a high five because he'd put on the gloves but gave an elbow bump in solidarity), and good, transparent pricing.
