I wish I had taken a before photo, as this was a well made necklace. There was only 1 link broken. The repair just melted the chain link together and reattached the chain crooked and very messy. Ruined. I am very unhappy with the work and it was a gift from my Husband, so it was special to me! Here are after repair photos. I would not accept it like this and asked them to fix the terrible job done. We will see if they can do much to fix and I hope it's not ruined further!

Item arrived today and never received a call from store. I called and they stated they hadn't opened shipment. I went in the evening to pick up my item with my receipt in hand. Two associates were whispering to each other about my item and very rudely I was told by the manager that she could not give me my purchased item because the item was ordered incorrectly and shipped to the store incorrectly . That whomever placed the order did it wrong . As if I know what their policies or shipping process are. Without even looking at my receipt which was at the counter very rudely she questions as to where I made the purchase. I stated the receipt was there for her to see. She responded by saying well I don't know . I then told her I was out of town in California . She began to say well the only way I can give you the item is to return the original purchase and recharge you for it here at the store . Seemed like they didn't care much to help since they didn't sell the item in the first place and didn't get commission. But they were willing to steal the other persons commission and gladly put it i under themselves . I called the original store and they tried to make things work but apparently El Paso kay jewelry said they would kindly mail the item back to them so they could re-mail it back to my home address . The El Paso Kay manager even kindly told me to put a complaint if I wanted to . So here it is . Next stop . Kay Corporate .

They had a good selection of watches which is what I came into the store for, and for a great value as they had great deals on the watches I liked. The men's polo shirts, in a myriad of colors and patterns, are three for $99 and the button down shirts are four for $199!!!! If you ever had to buy men's dress shirts, you know this is a steal! Terrible customer service. I purchased an item using cash at this store. I decided to return the…read moreitem. The employee asked me for a debit card in order to issue the return. I stated that the method of payment used in the purchase was cash and showed that it was clearly stated on the receipt. The employee stated that the Company policy did not allow for cash returns. This is an absolute lie. I ended up having to use a debit card in order to issue a return. Now, I have to wait 5 business days in order to see the money in my account. You've been warned. Employees here are inexperienced and not trained correctly.
