I wanted my tattoos custom because they are on my body forever and i was told they are "too hard" and had to settle for different things. I went in knowing he was a newer artist, but he charged me more a long the lines of a more advanced artist. Especially for the work done. Lines are not straight on all three and one he went way too deep into my skin. Artist claims its because i didn't care for it properly but i took care of all three that i got that day, the same way, at the same time everyday. I even wrapped them extra at home after taking the initial wrap off. I have got tattoos for the last 6 years and know how to treat them with a total of 9. He didn't own up to his mistake, won't compensate this issue. He is still choosing to ignore it. I dont recommend this place. The whole environment looked unclean and unprofessional. The employee was super nice and helpful. She was the only one there working and she managed it well. She never acted stressed. Luckily it wasn't too busy with customers. The store itself was clean, organized and well stocked. Lots of fun and unique jewelry and accessories. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. My daughter picked a nice pair of jeweled studs. Total cost for the studs and piercing was $48 with tax. The employee told us how to best care for her ears as well as gave us an information sheet. We got a large bottle of ear cleaner with the piercing to clean her piercing with too. Not sure how long this location will be around with the dying mall around it.
