Not only is it larger and lighter, so much easier to look around, but the stock seems to have improved too. There are certainly more trendy items here than what we used to have and a really good shoe selection enough to tempt any woman. For the guys we have Burtons upstairs but I've not visited so cannot review that. I can testify that customer service is excellent as today I had to return a coat that had a ripped pocket and button falling off, after only 1.5 day wear! I've only been to work in it so was surprised as the quality did seem ok. I could have repaired it myself but I still had the receipt in my purse so popped in to see what they would do. The assistant was great, I explained the problem and said I wanted a replacement coat but needed to wear it there and then, she swapped it without hesitation or question and behaved as if it was no bother to them at all. So while I'm not too happy about the fact it happened to start with, I guess nothing can be perfect, but they handled the situation really well and I've already spotted some nice things in there to go back for!

Cant miss this shop it right in the middle of the main shopping street. The staff are helpfull and smile a lot, great place to cheer yourself up.

I did have a problem with many of the big brand stores in TK Maxx's Warrington location as they just screamed out small-town mentality and this store like Primark and a few others - shown this more than most. The store was a little dark and felt like it hadn't been refurbished in years - the cleanliness of the store was also poor with so many goods all over the floor from clothing to even their ultra-small technology section which was mainly cheap sets of headphones (come on who wants them after they've got dirty through being trodded on?) The store again seemed slightly understaffed with the staff mainly congregating around the tills - they even ignored items all over the floor right in front of them which for me is just careless. Perhaps once a great store, and a nice brand to have in Warrington but they seem to take the concept of being a little like a jumble store where you can find bargains here into a mess with this being one of the poorer TK Maxx branches I've visited - nearby branches in Liverpool and Manchester are much larger, cleaner and simply better.

We were attending our youngest son's wedding and my wife has only ever worn sunhats in the past…read more she actually hates wearing any hat! As it happened, the bride and groom insisted on some formalities. We were told about Felicity's by the bride's mother and I was taken along (under protest) to help with the choice. In the event, I quite enjoyed the experience as the service we got was excellent. I am presuming that it is Felicity who served us, as I have only seen the one woman in there. She was wonderful and spent a long time selecting lots of possibilities, based on the clothing to be worn and my wife's hair colouring. I was asked my opinion, and listened to, even though she didn't know I spent twenty years as a fine arts teacher and actually do have some idea of aesthetics. In the end we agreed on a hat which really did suit, painlessly paid for it and departed with the hat carefully wrapped and in an impressive hat-box. On return, I was given a receipt to say that it had been returned in good condition and the lady was genuinely interested in how the wedding had gone. All-in-all, I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a beautiful hat whatever the occasion; there are a surprising variety of styles and colours, as well as other accessories available in a relatively tiny shop.

This is a good O2 store in Warrington's Golden Square Shopping Centre, after buying some…read moreaccessories online at O2's online store, which I find is the best place to shop for accessories as they always have some good promotional offers on, even genuine Apple merchandise, including the new cases and USB-C adapters, I needed to come into the store for help fitting the screen protector. The staff seemed friendly and were happy to fit the protector in no time, they didn't even ask for a receipt or proof of purchase or even mention the fact my network provider was EE (While I prefer EE as a network, the one thing O2 has over EE is accessories and they do have a good network of stores which this is an example of) The store is a little small but has everything you need, a few tables to talk about contracts and a small but nice selection of accessories here too. The store was pretty modern and followed the traditional O2 layout. 4* - Pretty good store, hopefully, we will start seeing 5G being promoted here soon as the map slowly grows. (Currently, only 3 and Vodafone offer 5G in Warrington)

Well I had to go and investigate, it was my duty as a women and I was pleasantly surprised. They had a good mix of clothing, from the smarter/dressier range to more casual and everything seemed to be on a par with the fashions coming out. I was impressed with the quality and feel of the garments as you know sometimes they can feel cheap and nasty. Ok prices aren't dirt cheap but they are more reasonable than I expected and seems in comparison with the other fashion stores. I liked the fact that some stuff in there was a bit different and quirky, always guaranteed to get my attention. My only criticism was that the shop feels quite small and pokey to get around and when I was in there; there were only another couple of people shopping so I have no idea on how mad it could get at a weekend.
