They're only opened on Saturday and Sunday so if you want a quick turnaround definitely come in early Saturday and I recommend calling before hand to ensure they're set up in their shop. They did my mold on the spot and I came back the next day around noon to pick up my golds. R they provided excellent service. Not even a good month the stone came out again. So this time he was like he wasn't sure it was the same stone so he finally agreed to repair it again at no charge. So just the other day I took the ring to a jeweler for an upgrade. He had two other people to look at it the the scope that used and said whoever repaired your stone only glued it in and did not set the diamond in correctly. Then this is the kicker. They tested all my diamonds and they were diamonds the one that was replaced is a cubic zirconia. I took it back to this place and confronted this man. At first he wanted to lie and then stated he repaired the ring the second time for me at no charge. So I guess since he had to repair again he glued in a cz. I will be reporting this place and yes they prey on a certain demographic of people in that area. Rip off to the core. Please by pass this place. Joyce called again on the 25th to ask for payment. I was at work and didn't have my wallet with me. I told her that I also work retail and was in the middle of a long and busy weekend. I told her I would call Monday with payment. She still called me multiple times through the weekend and called my store repeatedly to harass my staff in those days. She's unprofessional, rude and I can't even imagine treating my customers like this. The manager said she's the owners wife so there's not much he can do but share the feedback with her. It wasn't a matter of the money. I don't have an issue paying. It's that she harassed me and my staff. Stating that my bill was due on 11/6 and she had still not received payment. I looked over my statements and email notifications with the card on file. She didn't even attempt to run my card until the 22nd when she called me and the problem with my card didn't pop up until the 10th. So, she waited over 2 weeks to let me know there was a problem, on a holiday weekend, and then harassed myself and my staff. She called back to back and from different phone numbers. Seems like a lot of heat towards me when she is the one that didn't execute the payment on time to begin with. If she had ran it on the 6th, like she was supposed to and like we agreed on, she wouldn't have had an issue.
