I have physical and emotional trauma pent up in my body including a challenging labor with my beautiful son. The combination of techniques that she used were intuitive as well as effective. She was able to assist my body in releasing the memories and tension that I've been holding for years. I felt completely contained and safe during our session together, I feel that her work is multidimensional. Her touch is very gentle and intentional and yet powerfully effective.
