While I was looking at my papers, an older couple cut in front of my mother and my self and the staff were apologizing to the line cutters when my mother told them to wait their turn. What is the point of haveing people herding customers when they don't pay any attention to what is going on? Maybe you should use some of my annual fee and buy a turn o matic and get rid of those useless people that tell you which line to go to when I already know which line to go to. If I come in to renew my license, why do I need to be told to go to the registry desk? Especially when the sign over the registry desk says driver licenses. Fire the front counter drones or make them work a wicket and ACTUALLY serve customers. The lady at the wicket was very friendly and helpful. She gets 5*. Host desk gets 0*.

As a medical professional who has taken many different courses from MANY agencies, I highly…read morerecommend Saving Grace. It's not a surprise that many people dread first aid. It's long, it's bland, and it forces you to partner up with someone, this makes me totally anxious and I freeze. How many times have you gone home and completely forgotten about everything you've learned? Most likely, often. This is one of the only courses that I've retained 100% of the content, felt accomplished, and didn't walk away with a complaint, (besides it being a little cold bring a sweater!) My registration was spontaneous and it was handled perfectly. Jason had an answer to my questions, great sense of humour, and personal EMS stories that really helped connect topics. There's no "cutting corners" here. What there is, is a condensed first aid course that gets to the important techniques. This leaves out unnecessary information, and makes the skills the forefront. The videos are hokey, but they get to the point. They're diverse as well. Clean office, I didn't feel like advertisements were shoved in my face, and most of the class had laughter and engaging conversation. Doesn't hurt that the teach is easy to look at either if ya know what I mean.

The downtown #YEG location continues to be a gem, and I'm proud to support MC College for their exceptional services--whether it's hair, spa, or esthetics which I intend to explore. The class structure is easy for kids to understand and really helps them build confidence and motor skills. I can't say enough for this program. It's so beneficial for young kids and the enjoyment you see from the staff and the kids is proof enough that this place rocks. Just some notes for new parents who enrol their kids: 1. If you are going to watch your child, be courteous to pregnant women and give up your chair so they can sit. The viewing space is small so if you are going to spend all your time on your phone and not watching, leave the area to those who want to watch their kids. 2. Take off your shoes when you go into the viewing area. 3. Leave your stroller in the hallway or outside the main doors. 4. If you have to accompany your child in a class, be respectful of the instructor and the other adults with kids. Don't let your child wander around the place while the instructor is trying to demonstrate the next station to the kids. 5. Have as much fun as your child.
