They responded to our inital email right away and provided a comprehensive quote for my wife and I to review. The quote had reasonable payment terms and was the best price out of the five quotes we had from different contractors. Once hired, Alex came over and removed everything from the existing bathroom and went over the work that needed to be done. He also provided some suggestions on how to improve the bathroom so that it would not fall into a state of disrepair again. He provided a list of options for us to choose, and once we finalized the design, he went right to work. It took just over three weeks, but Alex was highly organized, detailed, focused, and transparent with everything he doing. We could not be happier with the finished project and it has completely transformed the basement. He left the basement exactly how he found it and the work area as completely clean and no materials were left behind. I could not recommend Alex and AmeriPro any higher. He is by far the best contractor we have worked with and we look forward to working with him again next Spring. He should be the first and only call you make with all of your remodeling projects

He was very professional the entire time and took off his shoes even before he came inside. I showed him what wall he needed to caulk and then he went right back to his truck and got the tools he needed. It took a bit over an hour for him to get done, but the ending result was flawless, honestly. And he cleaned up all of the old caulk efficiently. I haven't had many caulking jobs done, but if anyone else needed it, I would recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY's SERVICES…read more I contracted to have some floors and wallboards put in. I paid a deposit, and Mr. Morrisette started work. It appeared he was not very experienced as it was taking more time, and nothing was completed. Then he came and asked me to pay the balance even though it stated in his agreement I would not have to pay until job was satisfied. It appeared he needed to pay some bills, and stupidly I agreed to pay him the balance he owed to help out a vet (I am the window of a service disabled veteran). That following week, after I paid he started not showing up, and I texted him to ask him to meet with me because I was not happy with the time it was taking. After that, Mr. Morrisette did not return my calls or texts. I had to hire another service provider to complete the job, and am out to money I paid to Mr. Morrisette.

We had agreed on a price which I told him I thought was a little low. To be fair and do the right thing, I offered to bump up his fee by another $100.00. The total for his labor went from $750 to $850. He was to complete the work as agreed. He works a 9-5 job, and this is his side business. I can appreciate a guy working his butt off to be successful, but after finishing about 60% of the job, he disappeared. I only paid him piecemeal as he was getting the job done, thank goodness. He did not complete the job and just ghosted me completely. His work is average, and he just disappeared. Steer clear of this guy. He comes off as one of the nicest people you've ever met, but I've come to find he's just a scam artist. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
