Barre is probably the hardest work out I do & they don't play around at La Belle Fit. So far I have taken classes with Tanya & Natalie - both kicked my butt. Both are sweet and welcoming, they explained everything, were attentive and I was literally melting into a puddle. They offer Barre & Barre Bootcamp which adds more cardio, tonight I took the Bootcamp & realized I'm not in shape. If you're looking for a workout that uses weights, bands, mats & balls and will have you literally at the barre & on you're toes this is the place. Comfort & feeling like a part of the studio is important to me & I feel I get that here in addition to a killer workout. La Belle Fit offeres a lot of classes; spin, Zumba, yoga, Pilates, suspension training or TRX and of course Barre. They have packages where you can do some or all of the classes. I'm going to be staying here for a while, I really, really like it.

If you see a MILF in the Cherry Hill area, ask her if she goes to La Belle Fit. Chances are the…read moreanswer is yes. This place attracts the cream of the crop from the area. I had a Groupon and was very, very excited to try the Barre Ampped classes. I enjoyed the classes tremendously. Great workout although not as intense as I would have liked. (Of course, I had just finished months of straight Pilates and running so I was in pretty good shape.) I've only done the TRX and Barre classes here but they also have Zumba, pilates, yoga, etc. A few comments-yes, some of the instructors vary in quality and teaching style which stinks because these classes are expensive and for what you're paying, you should be able to get consistency. This is normal for gyms though bc you will like some teaching styles better. It is also pricey which deters me from going more often. They run specials frequently on their website which helps with the cost i.e. a barre class will be $13 instead of $20.

I purchased a 5 class new student introductory offer and as of last week I completed my 5 classes…read more My thoughts...... First - barre was new to me and so I certainly wasn't use to this type of activity. For me, this was one intense workout that made me drip sweat like a land beast. I was sore after every class and really felt it in every muscle not just thighs or arms. Second - they have a lot of classes. You need early? They have early. You want late? They have that too. There is a class that will fit into your schedule and that's handy for someone like me whose work schedule isn't the same every day. Third - It's convenient and it's an attractive space in which to work out. Why does this matter? I don't know that it does, but so many people who write reviews always comment on the space if it's old, outdated, crusty, raggedy, etc. This place is new, modern, clean & cute. It's easy to get to, I never once had an issue with parking & there is a coffee shop literally 3 doors down for your post workout caffeine fix. Ok, so all that & only four stars? Well, it's small and the five classes I attended were all packed. I always felt like I was on top of someone or that I might kick someone if I didn't pay close attention. They don't have a changing room, I didn't know that for my first class & showed up in my work clothes & a gym bag. Their only restroom is inside the studio so you'll need to wait until class is over to go in there & change. That first time there was a queue of people who just finished working out waiting to use it and then me waiting like a dope to go change. I changed at work after that initial class. As a workout it is probably five stars, but as a whole, I never really felt fully comfortable there. I always felt like I was doing it wrong but seldom if ever got corrected. I always felt too clumsy, too sweaty, too frumpy, too fat, too much - but that's my own hang up not theirs. It's a great work out and fit in nicely between kickboxing & the gym. If you're going to give it a try, do yourself two favors - first, spend the $16 and buy the barre socks right away. Second, try to take at least one class with Marla - she was so encouraging and motivating, I wish she taught there more often but no matter who leads, you're going to get a great workout.

Or, if I'm done work early I can catch an earlier class. I can't seem to just get myself to the gym unless there's a class so I think this will be the best option for me right now. I took my first class tonight and boy was I dying! BUT ILL BE BACK! It was challenging but I really enjoyed it. I like that they have focus meetings and will keep on me on track for my goals. The staff was really nice and the gym was clean. Cons - only one bathroom and no lockers room to change in. No showers either but I get why. It's a quick 45 min workout. In and out.
