I am proud to draft this restaurant's inaugural and only Yelp review to date. Piwnica Ratuszowa is a true Polish eatery located one flight down in the basement of a very old building in the city center. The space, with a beautiful hemispherical brick ceiling dates to the 15th century so you know this structure has seen a lot of history. We started with several warm and cold appetizers including the Beef Tare Tare with small quail eggs in the bite size morsels about the size of golf balls. Opting for one of three fresh fish offerings on the menu, I chose the Sturgeon in butter confit on a bed of mashed potatoes for my entree.
