Even though 22Interiors is based in California - the help offered was creative, timely and budget-conscious. The spaces they designed are incredibly chic and the style is all "unexpected" which I really love. Any time there was a question or an issue from the contractor, Lucie and the team were on it! It was such a relief to have them in our corner! I highly recommend 22 Interiors.

Lucie the proprietor was an excellent listener and went above and beyond to source products from a vast range of vendors that made my home both unique and exactly what I had envisioned. I hired Lucie for her exquisite taste but loved the process of fine-tuning the aesthetic direction with her and having so many great options to choose from. She always listened, shared her honest opinion, and had my best interests in mind, winning my trust every step of the way and guiding me to make the right decisions. Her recommendations were spot on. I felt that I could always count on Lucie and her team; Lucie has great judgement when it comes to scale or finding just the right piece through her extensive design resources and vendors to put the perfect finishing touch on any room. Every room she designed for us was unique and reflective of my family's personality and character; we feel so comfortable in home that we never want to leave and are proud to host our friends and family. I appreciated Lucie's responsiveness and talent as a designer and couldn't be happier with the way my home turned out. 22 Interiors is an interior design firm I highly recommend and would hire again in a heartbeat.

They were extremely unprofessional, not careful to follow our clear instructions (meaning that most things had to be redone, putting us behind schedule with our clients) and did not have any sense of customer service. They went through two administrators in the brief time I worked with them, both of whom were very polite and efficient but unfortunately they don't seem to be able to keep that position filled. Rose Anne was always shrill with me and my office and when her lack of knowledge of upholstery and drapery terminology frequently resulted in a misunderstanding she became immediately and unnecessarily defensive, actually shrieking on the telephone on more than five occasions. Ultimately we were forced to collect at our own expense the furniture we had there for upholstery and take our business elsewhere. When calling around to other local businesses I was told that Rose Anne was notoriously shrill and impossible and they often got Hampton Interiors' former clients for that reason alone.
