I contacted Jaime to discuss re-siding our house (with cedar siding). He was helpful every step of the way, from selecting the most aesthetically-pleasing design, to selecting the best materials, to the installation itself, to the sealing of the wood once it was installed. The job was so well done that we then asked Jaime to help us redesign our deck-railing and outdoor-staircase-railing, too. Not only was all of the work Jaime and his team did extremely high-quality, but it was done on budget, and on time. Communication with Jaime was excellent at all times, and he was great to collaborate with. My vision of how things should look was definitely enhanced talking each project through and collaborating with Jaime. The prices are higher than Home Depot, but it's convenient not having the hour drive to Riverhead. They also have a design and showroom with much of the options on display for you to see before buying. They also offer installation on things ranging from front doors to ceiling fans.

We called on a Friday in the late afternoon and in 2 hours Riley was there and couldn't have been more pleasant or competent. He came up with a temporary fix that allowed us to turn the water back on until we could have ductwork removed to give him access to repair it permanently. He tested the area with air, so he wouldn't risk water leaking. He went through the whole house to make sure there weren't any other leaks and even checked the water meter to make sure water wasn't leaking where it couldn't be seen or heard. He was there for just under an hour. They are very fairly priced, although we weren't in a negotiating position. That's extremely unusual for the Hamptons. I recommend them without reservation!

Some how, through the miracle of internet search, I found Tamas and ProWood. We hired Tamas to design, engineer, build, and install the paneled entrance to our dining room, the paneling along one wall, and the built-in bookcases along the other wall. Throughout the process, Tamas was incredibly patient with our decision making, giving us sketches to confirm his understanding of what we wanted and then CAD print outs showing us exactly how it would look once it was built. As homeowners without an interior design background, this was incredibly helpful. While his team does the actual installation, Tamas visits the job site frequently to ensure that everything is being done as discussed. Tamas is in great demand, and we had to wait in line to get our project done, but it was worth it, as it is very hard to find such meticulous craftsmanship.
