There aren't but two places (that I know of ) in Tallahassee that sell hookah but this place is doing a lot right. It is such a hidden gem! They have regular and premium hookah and an array of flavors to choose from. You can even mix the flavors. I tend to add a little mint in my hookah because it helps with headaches. The sheesha is smooth and it lasts quite a while. You know how some things simply taste "cheap" and it's hard to describe it any other way? Well that's not the case here.....their sheesha does not taste "cheap." It would be perfect for beginners. It is authentic and every inch of this little cafe takes you to another land. I love how dimly lit it is. I love the hear the Arabic music playing overhead. There is no cover charge and there are nice hidden corners where you can relax and unwind and have a little privacy if need be. Some of the seats are directly on the floor surrounded by pillows. This is definitely a reflection of the Arabic culture. This is a perfect place to bring friends or a date and have a relaxing night out. There is a small menu. There is not much food to choose from but keep in mind that this a cafe and not a full service restaurant. Additionally, there is no alcohol served here. Although I feel this would enhance the business, I feel this place still deserves 5 stars. They have different types of coffee that are delish and their smoothies are great as well! Our server kept coming back to check on us and she even stayed a while and laughed and joked with us. She was the only server that night but I felt like she paid us a lot of attention. We never felt rushed to order or leave. Although it is difficult not to compare this establishment with Cafe Shisha, it should be noted that there are two completely different concepts and this ultimately draws two completely different crowds. If you want a nice, calm and relaxing place to unwind, come here. If you want blasting music, alcohol, a crowd of people and possibly some dancing, don't come here. I'll definitely be returning.

We had their Green Mint Tea, which was delicious. We chose their double mint for the Sheesha. They make excellent hookah. We had a good time there. It's a nice hangout spot that also serves food like drinks, hummus, and desserts. The service is quick. On weekends, they also have belly dancing. With only two hookah spots in Tallahassee and the constant demand to "club" without "clubbing", this place will keep a crowd. They are doing all of the right things. Yes, the hookah quality can be better. I actually like the quality better at this business' competitor but the vibe is unbeatable. Relaxed but loud. Yes I meant relaxed but loud. The décor, lighting, and seating offer a relaxed environment but on some nights, there is a DJ after 10 so it gets loud. This place is also dimly lit comfortable. There is a dance floor right in the middle for those looking to "cut a rug" and boooooyyy do they start cuttin'! So should I add...people watching as a "pro"? This location did another good thing by adding alcohol to the menu. The older location did not have a liquor license. The selection is extremely small but nonetheless alcohol is an option.
