I was then promised a time for a quote, but no one showed up. I had to reach out multiple times just to get a response. Eventually, someone did come to my house. He was polite and gave me a price for part of the job. I asked for a few additional, simple items (like a small paver pad for trash cans) and was told I'd receive a full quote by email. That email never came. Again, I had to follow up multiple times with no results. After being ignored, I gave up and contacted other companies who were responsive and professional. If a job--especially one around a pool--is too difficult or not something you want to take on, it would be far better to just say so instead of stringing customers along. I wasn't begging for a job; I was simply looking for basic communication and reliability. Would not recommend.

There are easily better choices. I contracted with American Eagle to replace 3 sides of my existing wood fence. They represented as professional and trustworthy. Because the crew arrived days before scheduled I was not at home. By phone, the project manager stated he didn't catch that they had removed all existing fence (including the side that was to remain) until everything was hauled away. His solution was to issue a change order for new fencing on the 4th side, which I didn't need, costing me thousands more. The completed fence is unlevel at the top line, and worse, gaps well above grade at the bottom. Empty beer bottles and dry concrete were left in my yard and my landscape edging was crushed by their truck. The company made one failed attempt to correct the fencing issues then no-showed subsequently. I can only conclude they are unable to deliver a quality product. Sadly, approximately $16K has been invested in a fence that not only looks amateurish but allows armadillos and possum in my yard. I installed wire mesh to keep my dog safe. My fence does not resemble those on the website and my experience does not resemble the reviews.

The fence looks far better than its predecessor :) We did have a different crew this time, and we noticed the attention to detail and tidiness was not quite the same, but overall would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Our new gate…read morewon't close after one week, fence is completely coming apart after one week, no show April 24, 2025 to come fix fence, gate, and clean up overspray on concrete, brick, and white dog door in back. Altered invoices AFTER paid in full to include $150 to remove one screw and a corner board from carport while having the ladder nearby, would have gladly paid $25 or $50 but not $150 but Leslie did this. Added another line item of paint $220. They still owe us $1150 for the overpayment which we thought was for fencing but was for the discount they gave us due to the job being around $12,000. Even though they advertise on Yelp, Nextdoor, and HOUZZ and other apps that they are a General Contractor, they are not and in Okaloosa County and the state of Florida they are NOT licensed to do siding and failed to put flashing on our new siding so insurance will not take off the "red flag" until it is done correctly. Exterior doors, structural repairs, roofing, new electrical, is not allowed in Okaloosa County. They are a nice couple at first, they want the job and the money but if you tell them something is potentially wrong or even ask questions about your project, they go into defense mode despite the evidence. We even asked Leslie if a permit was required for the fence she said no and that is correct, but a permit is required for the siding they put in and they did not pull the permit. Mr Ortiz cut a pipe in the back by the back master bedroom and bathroom and it flooded the next day for nearly one full week. We did not blame them only asked if they knew where the water might be coming from inside since the pipe in the middle of the house was disturbed. The overspray on our roof shingles and solars panels is something TIMMERMAN ROOFING, who came out to inspect, has never seen in their many years of business. A total disregard for protecting our roof and we had no idea until our neighbors brought it to our attention. Leslie refused us 3x to come clean up the overspray; they charged us for pressure washing $200 and as you can see in the photos they never did the tops of them, they are still filthy but the guys who did it before just used a ladder but Leslie charged us anyway. And they DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK/labor AS ADVERTISED and are NOT GENERAL CONTRACTORS as shown in their company photos and titled Advertisements. We do not recommend using them at all.

He showed up on time, worked fast (it seemed he had planned his work flow ahead of time", came prepared with supplies he would need, cleaned up debris, and finished within 4 hours.
