It burns oil and I have to top it off sometimes. I was pressed for time so i put some oil in too quick. When i checked the dip stick I realized I fu**ed up. O'Reily down the street didn't have the wrench I needed to and the dude at the counter was straight ass. They didn't have the tool i needed, told me I couldnt borrow the wrench and said they don't rent tools out. Brodie working there didn't act right. Fu*k that place. Figured I'd just pay whatever at a shop so I didnt fry the engine. I went down the street thinking id be cooked and get screwed. The manager was chill, didn't act like i was a dumba**. They handled business quick. When they were done, I asked how much i owed. They wouldn't take anything and hooked it up. This shop came in clutch and bailed me out of a situation I put myself in without making me feel stupid and refused to let me pay. They treated me with respect and kindess. I want to say thanks for helping me out when I was down. People have negative sh*t to say about my neighborhood but I was treated right despite being a stranger and them not knowing where I was from. It took a little bit for someone to notice I was there but he was really friendly and helped me out with a free diagnosis. The first tester he used was broken so it took a little longer for him to find another tester that was working. He told me he couldn't find anything wrong with my battery at all so I was good to go, but if anything happened again they had the parts and installation would be free if it was purchased from Walmart. It was reassuring at the time, but unfortunately somehow despite the good reading, my battery failed again, so I came back the next day. The guy from the previous day was there but busy with another customer. There was a bit of a wait but eventually another worker came to help me out. I explained the situation and after about 30 minutes of looking up random stuff he told me, sorry, but we don't actually have the part in stock. I wish the first guy had told me that, as I wasted maybe an hour to two hours total coming here and waiting around on both the days. I appreciate the friendly staff but between the malfunctioning equipment and misinformation, I wouldn't necessarily recommend coming here as your first choice for repairs.
