The next day, my brakes failed on the interstate because a caliper bolt backed out. The repair took two days to complete , and there was no apology or compensation offered. Since my father owns an auto shop back up North, I always come in with a set of very specific instructions, especially when it comes to my oil changes. Each one of my cars has a specific set of instructions I want followed because each one has its own little finicky things. Lucas first, don't top off fluids except washer fluid, only use manual tools and not drills, etc. the guys who work here have ALWAYS abided by my instructions without hesitation. They don't ever make me feel like a nuisance or burden and are always very polite and professional. Today was no different. Nick worked on my Mercedes to get my oil change done and then Derek worked on my new tire installation. Between the pleasant conversations, not ever trying to rip me off because I'm a female, and their overall politeness and ability to work on my cars the way I want them to, I will continue coming back year after year and bringing all of my cars here ranging from the more normal ones to the imports. They do have a pretty high turnover rate of workers, so just as I get to know one set of them, a new set arrives, but every single set of guys has been very helpful and respectful. I would absolutely recommend this shop, ESPECIALLY to females, because they won't try to rip you off like most shops around here will try to do just because they think you don't know what you're talking about and are an easy target. I also always bring in my own oil and filters (and even my own tires) and they have no issues using MY equipment, which many shops in the area will refuse to do. If you're hesitant, don't be.
