This is a WAY overdue review. These guys are AWESOME. I had a sewer pump station die after 20…read moreyears. This was a few days before I had a whole house full of guests. I call Daryl and Sean. They came immediately and realized that both the pump and the backup pump had failed due to a rope degrading and getting caught in the pump motor. When they built the house, they didn't install grinder pumps. The most heavy duty grinder pumps are Liberty Pumps. I was going to have them sent in by FedEx overnight, but Sewer Solutions had them brand new from another job that were provided to them for a large commercial job that really needed even bigger grinder pumps. They sold me two, 1-hp Liberty Grinder Pumps at their cost plus shipping. Instead of waiting even 2 days to bring them in by FedEx (these are about 40 lbs each), they brought them over the next day with a standby electrician to wire everything to code. If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. Fast, honest, hard-working and fair. THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A REPAIR OF THIS MAGNITUDE -- HANDS DOWN!

Please see below a few notes from our discussion. -Recommend applying drainage snake to en suite clean out. -Light pressure, when resistance occurs slow down, too much pressure may cause damage. -Possible causes for resistance include pvc junction or pump component. -Tread lightly do not use force or high speeds. -Use water hose to fill lines, check drainage and assist with clearing debris in lines. Following it would have compromised the integrity of the septic tank since the location was in a low lying area prone to flooding. If not for his insistence and prior experience to relocate the septic tank to higher ground, it prevented a future catastrophe from happening. Two, my lot is in a flood zone and as such needed to be strictly adhered to by Fema protoco. I hired survey engineers to measure the exact level of excavation required and Alani followed them to the letter. I doubt anyone else would have gone the extra mile he did to make sure that it met all the government requirements. Do I recommend Alani? One 1 hundred percent!
