Tim Meagher completely changed my opinion. There is no way our recent purchase would have happened if Tim hadn't been highly involved in many of the details as it turned out to be a pretty complex negotiation, and closing. Tim helped us with finding a better mortgage company, good legal counsel and insurance at half the cost we had! Most of all Tim made some promises the sellers didn't keep and he personally made them happen at out of his own pocket! In addition he has (and is continuing) to support us after the sale as he has continued to answer questions, and connect us with quality service providers. We don't ever plan to sell but if we were Tim is the first person we would go to

Sales Manager Dennis is very enjoyable to work with. Jeff Kintner the owner came out to our site and advised along with the Excavator so all could be realized according to plans. I can't say anything about their work, because they didn't do the work. But I can definitely say…read morethey are very undependable. They came and gave me an estimate, and then they came to pick up my check for the deposit on Saturday. The owner said they would come to do the work on Tuesday or Wednesday. They never showed up, and I tried to contact the owner four times - once on his cell & three times through his office & he never returned my calls. So I put a stop on the check for the deposit. The following Monday he called me and wanted to know why he wasn't able to cash the check, and I said because he took my check, never gave me a receipt, and wouldn't return my calls. He claimed that he never got my messages and blamed it on the girl in the office. Even though I also left voicemail on his personal cell phone. I have no time to deal with people who don't know how to run a business properly. It only takes a minute to make a phone call to reach out to somebody and let them know the status of the job. If he called and explained that they were delayed and wouldn't be coming on the scheduled day, I would have understood. But to take a check from somebody for $1750 , not give them a receipt, and not return phone calls is very unprofessional.
