Enjoy the free public parks in Albuquerque. This park seems popular for pet owners, extreme bike riders, joggers, and leisurely strollers. I see Joshua trees and other varieties of cacti. The weather is usually nice, sunny, and blue skies. When it is windy, rainy, and there's thunderstorms, which happens in occasionally, stay at home. Careful of the cactus thorns and I see bear scats once in a while. Climb uphill and make it a goal to reach the top of Sandia mountains and don't forget to hydrate. I see people with pets, kids, babies in the strollers, bikes, and with their dates. Probably the ultimate cheap date unless you have to eat in the restaurant after working up an appetite from the exercise. read more
