It's huge and spacious, featuring a great selection of stores and a Round1 for entertainment. The food court is also well-managed with lots of seating available for dining. Overall, it's a great, spacious environment that doesn't feel overwhelming. Definitely worth a stop if you're in Santa Ana! The selection of stores are very mall-typical (Zara, Claire's, etc) but the standout is for sure the Round One! The service there is relatively good, the nicest employee I met worked at the piercing kiosk, she was really sweet. They also have cute displays for photo shoots and tons of photo ops if you're visiting.

Have not been here in about five to six years roughly, so it was good to see a mall that was not completely dead and had a lot of stores still intact despite a lot of malls being closed down recently (like the Westminster Mall). The mall is going through a renovation, so there are some areas under construction. Some favorite stores include: Boxlunch, Hot Topic, Round 1, and Tokyo Life. A couple criticisms my husband and I had was despite the mall being open for about an hour and a half when we arrived; all the bathrooms we seemed to try and use were shut down or out of order. My husband managed to find a bathroom to use but it required us to walk all the way from the food court to the Round 1 Arcade. I also felt like the employee there was suspicious of me as all I was doing was looking at claw machines while waiting for him. I had to take out my Round 1 card from my mall (Mission Viejo) to pretend I was making a decision on what games to play. It was also not very accessible to any elevators or escalators. The elevators we saw were on either end of the mall, so it required a lot of walking to get to one side or another to use one. Adding to the bathrooms being out of order, all of the sets of escalators in the mall had at least one side that was broken. Also, it looks like this mall is a hot bed for theft. It seemed like every store we walked into (the ones listed above and also including Gamestop and Anime World), had pictures on many displays of people who were caught on camera stealing and leaving the store with stolen merchandise. A good mall overall, but hopefully some of the run down issues will be addressed next time we decide to stop by.

Disneyland Parking Hack at Anaheim GardenWalk (April 2026 update)…read more I saw this info on Instagram and decided to try it myself at the end of April 2026. Sharing both the update and my actual experience. From what I saw online, starting April 1, 2026, parking at Anaheim GardenWalk increased from $18 to $20 for the discounted daily rate, and the process is now different. You no longer need to upload receipts by text. Just buy something at Starbucks, Paris Baguette, or Meet Fresh. At checkout, you need to ask for the "$20 rate" voucher since they won't offer it automatically. They will give you a paper voucher to scan when exiting. Regular parking is first hour free, then $4 per hour, with a $30 daily max. Still cheaper than Disneyland parking. My experience: Navigation: Anaheim GardenWalk 321 W Katella Ave, Anaheim The entrance is on W Katella Ave and goes straight into the indoor structure. The signage is a bit confusing. Elevators show B2 to 5, while parking levels are labeled P1 to P4. Just remember your P level and section. P1 is ground level and has parking plus Paris Baguette P2 and P3 are parking P4 has parking, Starbucks, and Meet Fresh. Google Maps labeling here is a bit misleading Parking tip. Try to park near the elevators since the payment machines are right there. I went on a weekday around 5pm and parked at P3 section B. I walked up to P4 and Starbucks was right around the corner. No mobile order available at that time, card only, and they close at 6:30pm. After ordering, I asked for the parking voucher. Staff did not offer it unless I asked. Walking to Downtown Disney: Fastest route is toward Disney Way, then connect to S Harbor Blvd. If you are not sure, you can navigate to Foundation Room Anaheim. After going down the stairs you will be on Disney Way. It took about 12 minutes to reach security. On the way back, I tried walking from Din Tai Fung toward W Katella and then S Harbor. It added about 30 extra minutes. Going back the same way is definitely faster. Parking payment result: Before leaving, I scanned my ticket and it showed $12. First hour free, then $4 per hour. Then I scanned the $20 Starbucks voucher and the machine showed I could exit with no payment. I even asked staff to confirm and they said if it lets you exit, you are fine. I ended up leaving without paying. That said, the system didn't seem very stable. I saw a few cars getting stuck at the gate. I probably just got lucky this time. I wouldn't expect free parking every time. Safer to assume around $20 per day with validation. If it ends up cheaper, just treat it as a bonus. Either way, it is still cheaper than Disneyland parking, so I would use this option again.

They have a big parking structure, that is constantly packed with people. There is a constant flow of people coming in and out. When I come here, I enjoy looking at the Korean snack store that recently just expanded. You can get instant noodles and pay for the hot water so you can eat it there! This store is also a souvenir store. Besides this place, the source has fashion stores, bakeries, coffee, pastries, golf, a kid's play center, and more food! Like malls do, they also have a Photo Booth area. Prices vary per shop, but everything is reasonable. The source is cool because it's where small businesses can advertise themself, and Korean culture can thrive. They have a mini night life here alongside celebrating the love of kpop, cosmetics, skincare, and food! I've heard that this place was always hip and fun, and I'm hoping the current reputation exceeds expectations in the near future with all the changes they've been doing!

This shopping district is unique that it encompasses all the businesses, shops, and restaurants…read morethat a regular shopping district would have, but it also incorporates on the peripheral of the district shops which has their respective business owners living directly above there business. There's definitely pros and cons living directly above your own business. Pros: - no commute - never late - tax deduction for home being a business Cons: - clients/customers know where you live!!! I digress. So this shopping district is conveniently close to many homes, businesses, and roads. With that said it's very popular during Lunch and dinner therefore parking can take awhile. The main anchor store is Mother'sMarket. then there's Bank of California, a variety of satellite shops(photography, grooming, accounting etc), and small eateries. Sadly, there aren't many larger upscale restaurants. It looks as if there was a McCormick and Schmidt's, but it's closed I usually come here for the food court. It's been around for over a decade. Through the years I've seen various businesses come and go. I used to come here just for this great sandwich joint (Paninoteca Maggio) that made a delicious porchetta sandwich. Despite being so close to the Main Place mall it seems to hold its own with the locals. Tips: -If you're visiting the area and are nearby I definitely recommend grabbing a bite at the food court. My top three(in no particular order) -The Habit -DonerG -Curry house(Japanese) If you just crushed a workout, come by and grab a shake at the Muscle Maker Grill!
