I had been driving around with a duct-taped side mirror for months; in fear of the cost and time it would take to replace it. I would drive a few miles; the mirror would fall off (dangling by its wires) and I would have to pull over and reattach it. This went on for months. The Toyota dealership had quoted me over $1,000 dollars for replacement of the mirror and service to install it. I ended up purchasing the mirror online, and then just googled the closest auto repair store to install it. Golden Nugget Body & Paint popped up, so I swung by there during my break to see if I could schedule an appointment to have the online ordered mirror (which did not match in color) installed. The general manager, Dustin Jensen, said "I'll do it right now" and had it ALL DONE in twenty minutes! Not only was the service quick, but he even removed the cover of the new mirror and replaced with the undamaged old cover (so it would match the car) AND took the time to remove the adhesive mess left by the duct-tape. It cost me $80 and 20 minutes. Anyhow, I know this is a long review, but for those of us who have been scarred by the auto-repair process, I had to share my experience with this gem of a business.

Not only did I receive the lowest quote from them, after calling 7 other tow companies..... They had someone available to help me immediately!! This was on a Friday at 4:45pm! The employee I worked with directly was Gary. I opted in for text messaging (my preferred method) which is how we communicated and I can't believe how smooth everything went!! I mean exceptional service! He arrived and had my vehicle loaded before I could even get to the location!! He text me that he had everything taken care of and I could turn around and meet him back at my house. Once at my house, he delivered my car with perfection. Exactly where I wanted it parked. He was very professional and took great care while handling the heavy equipment near my vehicle. And had quite literally completed the entire job within 30 minutes from the time I'd made initial contact, including the at least 10 mile tow! At this days in age in particular, it is so rare to find businesses that are ran with true integrity and transparency. I am a major skeptic when it comes to this kind of thing because I am so tired of being ripped off and taken advantage of in my moments of need and unexpected emergency expenses. I am very impressed with the experience that Patriot Towing & Hauling made available to me today. In the future I will be recommending them to everyone I know! And unlike so many other places.... His garage reminded me of my family's so it was very comfortable to wait at. It's rare that I find an actual family friendly garage and this is it- all the men I met while on my numerous visits were very nice, didn't tell crass jokes, or even cuss! Work was always done in a quick amount of time and I loved that they allowed me to see what issues they were talking about while my truck was taken apart so I knew what was going on.
