He was professional, attentive, and engaging throughout the trip. After being dropped off at the airport, I realized I had left my coat in the vehicle. Despite being on his way to another pickup, Jim coordinated with your office and his next passengers to return my coat to my host in Park City, who then forwarded it to me in Texas. I am incredibly grateful for Jim's kindness and his dedication to ensuring we arrived safely at the airport. Please express my sincere gratitude to him for going above and beyond. I look forward to using your service again and will certainly request Jim in the future.

I went through security and made a mistake because I had my tablet in my bag instead of in a separate bin. WITHOUT me knowing it, they removed it and did not inform me that they did that!! My husband called Provo airport immediately and lost and found said there was nothing they could do that day; AND 4 DAYS AFTER because they were gone for Memorial Day weekend. Then on Tuesday, I called again, and still no sign of my tablet. Inga in lost and found didn't do anything for me, even though I was in tears talking to her. Between the "Transit" app for departure times and all the different routes, and the "UTA GoRide" app for purchasing tickets/passes, it is really easy to navigate. As far as the train itself, there are usually tons of available seats, but I prefer the sections with tables because they also have outlets for changing my phone or laptop. There is also free wifi on the train, which is convenient. Although it's not as fast as driving usually is, it's pretty quick, especially on snow days or when there's traffic on the I-15. The staff that check tickets from time to time and who help out are really nice as well.
