Some times these places make me feel uncomfortable as I think of the dire straights that someone…read moremust be in when they come to a place like this for help. I feel worse to think of the profits that they will receive from those who sold their possessions, upon selling them to me. But then I also think that it's a part of life, and people who sell products to them are helped by the cash they recieve. Either way, places such as this become treasure troves of pre-loved goods, where you can buy guitars and other musical bits and bobs, TV's, mobile phones, watches, all that kind of stuff. It's a small, crowded, almost dingy little store on William street, but it does the job. If you're looking for some second hand goods, give them a call with your request, or drop in if you want a scout around for a good deal. I did. And I think I'll come back too. As a pawn shop, its good, just not a huge place. They have a nice range of guitars.

AVOID*** If I could give this "store" a lower rating I would. Walked in today wanting to sell a…read morewhite gold Cartier ring and was lowballed, all documentation correct and authentic.. Not only was I offered a ridiculous offer the Boyfriend/Girlfriend that own this store are complete jokes.. Their sales strategy for making people feel like they have stolen the item is clearly a tactic for negotiating and does not sit well with educated people. After being asked absurd questions in relation to the item and indirectly asking if it was stolen, They still made an offer...They have no understanding of how customer services works as they are probably accustomed to dealing with druggies and thieves and not notable people. Major reason to why they probably never have anyone in there!!!! Some advice: take a crash course on customer service and learn how to not waste people's time.
