The store itself has a small but good variety of items for home improvement. But I think this is just a supply store for local contractors? Several contractors came in and out with what looked like a bulk order. But when I looked around NOTHING in the store was priced out. When I asked where the prices were on everything they said "The owner asked them not to price anything because the prices change every day." Yikes. Incredibly sketchy.

I was really impressed with how knowledgeable, honest and attentive the staff was. One of the guys helped me pick out some samples and steered me towards a more affordable sample option since I was getting so many colors! He certainly didn't have to do that, but I was so thrilled that he was so honest about saving a few bucks. I will absolutely be back to Kirshon for more paint and painting advice. If you can get there, I would recommend it over one of the major chains.

Counter staff helped direct me downstairs. The guy (Carrie?) was super helpful, and cut a light chain to size and attached a magnetic two sided key ring to hold together. He was great, particularly as I had lost my voice and it was clearly an unusual request. All for less than $10, they quickly saved the day, allowing the kilt to make its way to Gilette Stadium and Fenway Park. Thank you all

The person who answered the Hardware phone line checked the shelves in person, since I was driving in from a distance. "Yes, it was on the shelves", he said. Once in the store, a young employee asked me what I was looking for. When I told him, he said "the store did not carry that product." Fortunately I knew better, and told him that I already had verified that it was on the shelves somewhere. He walked away, leaving me to find it on my own, which I eventually did. I highly recommend using their order online for in store pickup for the best pricing since the store will follow the online pricing vs the shelf sticker price. Online orders come with a paper bag that has a handle which makes it nice and easy to carry out. There are two floors to the store, with the majority of home improvement things being on the lower level.
