Since this QP is less than ten minutes from my house and on the way to everywhere I go, it's the perfect fit for me. It's a little hard to get to if you're headed eastbound on Expressway but if you need a sandwich or a coffee or appliances while you're picking up your printing, you're in luck. They'll also deliver to a business so maybe you never even need to go in. I needed a handful of different types of printing (straight up copies, lamination, and large-format foam core) with a day or so turn around. They took great care of me, called to ask questions, and truly seemed to care that they got it right for me. Alina was friendly and on-point with her customer service game. The printing was perfectly done, on time, and reasonably priced. They've got a new customer as far as I'm concerned and I'm looking forward to never having to go to FedEx ever again, unless I'm just feeling like I need a good cry.

They were recently acquired by barefoot mosquito and my first service with them, the tech left my gate open and my dog got out. Luckily I was home and he fortunately was too old to get too far but I live near a busy street. I was not happy with them leaving my gate open. It was closed when they arrived, I expect it to be closed when you leave. First time in 5 years so I'm not sure if it's new workers.

I was on hold for 15 min before someone picked up then was told he could not answer my questions and would have someone call me back. Which they did but I was in a meeting so I had to call them back which I was on hold for over 25 min before I hung up and left another message. After an hour and a half I spoke to someone that is not local and told them to cancel my service. Acenitec please come back your service was excellent. Barefoot Pest Control is NOT. Also, notice on Yelp they do not have this listed under Barefoot Pest Control I would assume they want everyone to see the excellent reviews left for Acenitec.
