Today I had a woman who I'm assuming was new. She layered the acrylic very very thick, my nails were uneven, and she took about and hour and 30 minutes( light pink) . As I was paying Kathy tried to shape them a little better but I was in a very big rush and I told her it was fine and that the person was sweet so it was okay. Then literally an hour later it started hurting so bad. So I went back in and asked for them to soak them off completely because I couldn't handle the pain/ the were horrible. She kept trying to fix the issue but I was just tired and I needed to go to work. In the end she gave me a gift certificate which I assumed would be $48 which is what the service was but was only $20 and when I asked her for a full refund she said it wasn't there fault and kept blaming me that it hurt even though I've never had issues with acrylic. I told her I'd come back the next day but I am overall upset with the service I received and if I would've gotten a full refund would not be returning.

Scraped and moistened my feet and legs as well as gave me a foot massage! The whole thing probably took about 30-40 minutes. It was literally the best pedicure I ever had! All for only $35 The only thing is if you're bothered by the smell of most nail places this one is a bit stronger than most, but other than that the employees take their time, and the prices are great!

And literally shooed me away like a dog. I looked at him and said "seriously ?" His response : "yes, go!"
