Every experience I've had was wonderful until today. I've gotten my nails done here multiple times…read moreand loved them every single time (multicolored French tips) . Today I had a woman who I'm assuming was new. She layered the acrylic very very thick, my nails were uneven, and she took about and hour and 30 minutes( light pink) . As I was paying Kathy tried to shape them a little better but I was in a very big rush and I told her it was fine and that the person was sweet so it was okay. Then literally an hour later it started hurting so bad. So I went back in and asked for them to soak them off completely because I couldn't handle the pain/ the were horrible. She kept trying to fix the issue but I was just tired and I needed to go to work. In the end she gave me a gift certificate which I assumed would be $48 which is what the service was but was only $20 and when I asked her for a full refund she said it wasn't there fault and kept blaming me that it hurt even though I've never had issues with acrylic. I told her I'd come back the next day but I am overall upset with the service I received and if I would've gotten a full refund would not be returning.

The chairs they have are super comfortable and the massage features are great, it was a bit hard to understand so I just tapped buttons until it worked. I got the basic that's was $35, and it was more care than I expected! The sweetest older lady cut my nails, cleaned my cuticles, and oiled them. Scraped and moistened my feet and legs as well as gave me a foot massage! The whole thing probably took about 30-40 minutes. It was literally the best pedicure I ever had! All for only $35 The only thing is if you're bothered by the smell of most nail places this one is a bit stronger than most, but other than that the employees take their time, and the prices are great!

The lady who was assigned to my chair was sweet but pulling my cuticles hard before clipping them. I asked "May we not pull my skin, just clean & clip with no pulling?" The gentleman pictured translated, and she proceeded to ask me to wash my hands. I did, and she was applying cuticle oil mid-way through the process. Said she was done (cuticles were still hanging...) I told them "there's no way..." I showed him and he instructed her to do more. She did, afterwards she implied she was done, and I told her "this pinky is perfect, I want them all like that. Some nails still have cuticles on them, I just want a basic clean up. That's it. Can we do that?" He said "yes, she can take more." I said ok "I just don't want to walk out and pay for something that looks like I did it at home." To which he responded "ok, so go!! Just go." And literally shooed me away like a dog. I looked at him and said "seriously ?" His response : "yes, go!" I walked out, came back and asked for his name & he responded "I don't want to talk to you, go!" That's when I snapped the picture, grabbed a candy and left. Literally will never go back nor would I ever trust them with acrylics, gel, etc. The TERRIBLE customer service out ranks the mid tier work completed. I tipped the lady and did not pay for the service.

As for quality of the cut, I have seen several different stylists, here, and I get about an average cut every time. I come from California, and salon service is quite a different experience, there, compared to Russellville, Arkansas. No shampoo, no wetting, here... just a dry cut. This is just a bit strange to me. I guess it's normal, here, a timesaver, whatever, but my haircut always seems to turn out better when it's washed or at least wet down, first. This salon, like many others, here, operates on bare minimum service, and if you ask for any suggestions, as I have many times, they never seem to have any to offer. It's about the same service I could expect from a walk-in Supercuts style salon. For a day spa style salon, the expectation is greater, and it SHOULD deliver, but it really doesn't.
