I will NEVER recommend this place. Walk-ins are not welcomed, even if they have hair dressers available. I needed a 10-minute haircut, no dye, no blowdry, no wash, just the haircut on CLEAN hair, and was denied, even though there were clearly folks there who could do it. Not only that, they made me feel less than, and smirked while showing me the door. I have been a customer before so I was not new. I rarely post negative reviews, but this place EARNED this one. It's a sad state of affairs when a business goes out of its way to be ugly to its customers. And this one is. read more

I left feeling happy with what I saw in the mirror. I noticed "looks" from people over the weekend and was shocked and embarrassed when my daughter told me my hair was violet!!! It did not look violet in the salon lighting nor my bathroom lighting. I contacted the salon via PM on Facebook and they agreed to fix it at no charge. They told me it was "probably due to my hair pulling the color"...(blamed me not the colorist??). I've had color over the years (Brown, red, blond) and never had this issue. I returned the next open business day. While sitting in the chair, it was apparent that I'd drawn the short straw for colorist...apparently she was so inexperienced she was uncertain how to fix it!!! The salon owner (and several others) came over and after MUCH discussion, told her how to fix it. Will never go back!!!

They had my history about my hair bc my original hair stylist. The owner who had 'been doing hair for 30 years' was the one who grabbed my arm. I am a 21 year old woman, keep your hands to yourself. I was so appalled how unprofessional a business owner could be. Both of them wouldn't even apologize. They kept telling my hair stylist what to do even though she had done it right the first time and as soon as they stepped in my hair was ruined. Spend your money where it's appreciated and on someone that knows/loves their trade.
