Well, I have only compliments for City Mattress!!! About 4 years ago, I bought a new foam mattress which I really loved for its softness and comfort. About 1 year after, the mattress started to bunch up in places. I went to see them, and they exchanged it with no problem! then this year, the new mattress started to "cup" which is not good. Since they exchanged it once, I did not ask for anything, I just wanted to buy a topper which I thought would resolve the problem. Well, they asked me why I wanted to buy a topper and I told them. They said that they would send someone to check this mattress. Ken, was his name, examined it and said right away that it was not normal, and they would exchange it a second time!!! I could not believe it!!! He was very courteous and a very nice guy! I certainly would warmly recommend this company to any of my family and friends!!! I don't know so well about mattresses, but I trust them completely! Other companies in Naples should take example on them, City Mattress is certainly one of the best and they stand by their promises. It definitely is the premier destination to go for excellent service and quality! read more

We purchased our electric bed 4 years ago and took the extended warranty at that time. I noticed recently there was wood shavings under my bed and when I stuck my phone under there and took a picture I was surprised to see the wooden framework holding the bed up was fractured. I called the warranty company, filled out the required forms and emailed them back. I also stopped at the store and showed a woman by the name of Theresa the picture of the damaged bed frame. She got right on the case and made several phone calls to get the bed fixed. Since I still hasn't heard from the insurance company after 24 hours and it was already Friday she made arrangements to have a new electric bed delivered on Saturday. She said it was the first time she had ever seen damage such as this and said she was sorry that it had happened. I give her and City Mattress 5 stars because they stand behind their products. I've been a customer since 2003 and wouldn't ever go elsewhere for bedding. read more

Eileen L I cannot praise City Mattress and their PranaSleep Super Vinyasa Plush mattress enough! I have fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue and have been suffering for years on a series of expensive yet ineffective mattresses. We found PranaSleep in Boston and fell in love with it. However, the Boston vendor does not ship to Tennesse. Therefore, we called City Mattress and we're thrilled that they ship all over. Katie was so wonderful reassuring us that the mattress would get there safely and that it would be a great choice for what ailed me. She was so right! We have been sleeping on it for several weeks and ALL my pain from Fibromyalgia is gone! In addition. I wake up totally refreshed which is miraculous for someone with Chronic Fatigue. The mattress totally supports the body yet is soft and gentle on pressure points. It really is a miracle! Thank you, Katie and City Mattress! read more

These guys are professionals that do things the right way. My husband and I were the poster couple for bad mattress shopping experiences until we went to City Mattress. Within two minutes of meeting our Sales Associate, Kim Barden we knew we were in the right place. She was incredibly knowledgeable and asked us all the right questions to determine which product would suit us best. She showed us and urged us to test out all the alternatives - and we did. City Mattress' employees are not commissioned based and so they are completely free to recommend what is best for you. We found a mattress that we both love and can hardly wait for it to be delivered. And that is not easy for a 6'6" back sleeper and a 5'4" side sleeper. There is no need to shop around. We got a great mattress at a great price from City Mattress - a family owned company. read more

First off, there's a huge selection of mattresses there, and the people are very knowledgeable and helpful. But most importantly, they truly do want you to walk away happy, and they back up their comfort guarantee. I have some neck and back issues and have found it very difficult to find to right mattress that is firm enough on my back, but soft enough on my shoulder/neck (as a side sleeper). Bottom line, it took me 3 tries to get it right. You would expect the management there to give you a hard time after returning two mattresses. Not only were they very understanding, but they gave me even more time on the second try just to make sure. I wouldn't shop anywhere else going forward. read more
