We had never heard of Sparta NC or your operation but, on the recommendation of our Blue Ridge Campground host, we found our way to Sparta, thinking we would be delayed a day or two trying find a Toureg tire in the mountains of North Carolina. What we found at B&T was a family business with a can do approach. Page took a look and said she could get us tires in a couple of hours and Bob agreed to fit us in as soon as the tires arrived. Bob even tracked us down in town to let us know they had the tires and were ready to go. We ended up being on our way that afternoon and continued on the Parkway enroute Asheville. This was no easy feat. We are very appreciative of the way you all handled a difficult situation for us. We will remember B&T and be sure to visit on our next trip down the Blue Ridge.
