They require you to have your mattresses in covers/bags and they'll rent them to you for $19/each or you can buy them from Canadian Tire for $10 each. My one piece of advice would be for them to sweep/clean their moving trunk regularly. After they left I kept finding small pieces of broken glass which came in from the bottom of their shoes.

They inquired after each item as to whether it was a keep or a throw out. There was heavy flooring items, paint cans and suitcases, they took it all quickly and vacuumed the crawl space, leaving it empty and clean.
