We rented through this property management company for five years, and during that time they raised…read moreour rent by roughly $100-$200 every single year. As a realtor, I repeatedly questioned the increases because the property simply wasn't worth what they were asking. Eventually, the gap between the rent and the actual market value became too large, so we moved out. Then came the move-out charges. They attempted to bill us for items that were clearly the landlord's responsibility, which felt less like property management and more like a scavenger hunt for extra fees. The best part? It turns out we were right. After we left, the property sat on the market for nearly a year. The rent had to be reduced over and over until it was close to the rate we originally leased it for. That's a long and expensive vacancy to prove a point. If you're a property owner, I'd think twice before taking pricing advice from a company that would rather let a property sit empty for months than admit they overpriced it. If you're a tenant, be prepared for annual rent hikes and a move-out process that may leave you defending charges that shouldn't have been yours in the first place.

As an attorney who understands the value of running a sound business, working with Mark Davis to…read moresell our law office in Montrose was the best choice from the start. Mark gave us the confidence to market and sell at a price that well-suited our property and the area. He demonstrated utmost professionalism throughout the entire process of marketing, showings, and negotiations, while respecting our need to run a law firm at the same time. We realize that no small thanks should be given to Mark's efforts and fair dealings throughout the process. I have commented to my wife at least twice how great it was to have a realtor that thinks the way I do about negotiations and closing. I would like to call this "cool and collected," though he exhibits it more that I. More to the point, Mark's advice, attitude, and hard work got this deal done. Mark has done a true service to my family that will not quickly be forgotten.

What was once a quiet community with nice amenities has unfortunately turned into something that…read morefeels more like an Airbnb hostel than a residential apartment complex. There are more than 10 Airbnb units on the property, and I live directly next to one. Every few days there are new groups of strangers coming and going. The constant turnover of short-term guests has created a lack of community investment and stability, which is not what many long-term residents signed up for when choosing to live here. Another major issue is that management has failed to maintain basic amenities. The package center has been broken for an extended period of time, and despite ongoing complaints, it has not been properly repaired or replaced with functioning equipment. Noise has also become a serious problem. A tenant who was previously evicted has returned and now lives across from my apartment. On many nights, music is played so loudly that the bass vibrates my bedroom wall from approximately 7:30 p.m. until as late as 3:00 a.m. This has made it extremely difficult to rest and enjoy quiet time in my own home. Overall, the combination of excessive short-term rentals, poorly maintained amenities, and ongoing noise disturbances has significantly reduced the quality of living here. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend moving here.

The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and actually exciting because of how much care and effort she put into every step. The standout, however, was Dae Dae (not Day Day from Friday After Next). I never imagined that a very small person could be so very strong! I am constantly moving items and look forward to working with them again soon (unless I get blocked for the jokes ha)! Thanks guys!

Overall she diligently works with you from start to finish and is not about just throwing a sale at you but making sure you are happy with the final product whether it be a home or investment property. I definitely would recommend. Living Quarters is also great at helping you sell your home. They provide professional photos and offer suggestions on the presentation of the home. We were told numerous times that as long as we made 3x the rent and had great rental history, the credit wouldnt matter. That was a lie. We received an IMMEDIATE disqualification after sending them $200 for 2 people. We asked why the automatic denial and they just said that we had credit issues. They acted like we blindsided them. We even asked about getting a co-signer to help alleviate the risk. They said "it's a hard no". Wtf is that? We're not delusional...we know the credit problems make us a risk. But to just steal money like that is really terrible business. What do these landlords think we're doing? CHOOSING to rent? If our credit was good...we would just buy the house. We're renting because we're working on our credit. You guys have lost your minds.
