He cleaned up all broken glass and debris. Before he left, asked if I could see anything wrong with install and if any debris was missed. I stopped by the shop later in day to pay bill, Ginny the shop owner was gracious and told me I did not have to rush in to pay, but I had errands to run near the shop. I appreciate this kind of service. They had a consistent and sustained work pace. In fact, their pace during the job was more than I would have been able to handle. They replaced door panels and told us that it was covered by the truck owners insurance and today I received a notice in the mail from a collection agency for it??? The truck owner is the one who ordered the panels to start with to replace the ones he had damaged. It seems like their doors don't work at all. Definitely not worth what we paid for them.
