I chose the latter, as time was of the essence, and was again surprised when she texted me a photo of the lovely arrangement she had put together, and a note that she had already delivered the flowers! Turned out, Candy knew the family the flowers were going to, which shows the strong connection she has with the community of Knoxville. I love supporting local businesses like this, and Candi's has been going strong for 42 years!
