After speaking with an employee of the studio, I ordered two plants, was given the total (including tax + delivery) that my card would be charged, and was told the plants would be delivered the following day. Very early the next morning, I received a voicemail from a different employee stating that I owed an additional $18.82. This employee blamed the previous employee for being part-time and misquoting me. Ultimately, I would be responsible for their mistake and they would charge my card the additional $18.82. I had already spent a bit of time and effort trying to figure out how to have plants delivered to my family and which plants to choose. Due to the timing and stress surrounding the situation, I felt like I didn't have the option to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. I expressed my frustration that I would be responsible for the business's error in pricing, but the employee maintained that I would have to pay for their error. A professional and courteous business would have understood that this is not the customer's fault and wouldn't have even brought their error to the customer's attention, much less charged them the increased cost. If you are considering ordering from this business, take caution and be sure to over-confirm that you have the correct pricing. Hold them to the original price they quote you - I wish I had. This was very poor customer service!

The arrangement I selected had some flowers that weren't readily available in February, and the website told me substitutions may be necessary, and I said ok, so was surprised when the owner, Candy, called me to offer some options: I could wait for new flower shipments to arrive, or she could use the freshest alternatives she had on hand, to be delivered the next day. I chose the latter, as time was of the essence, and was again surprised when she texted me a photo of the lovely arrangement she had put together, and a note that she had already delivered the flowers! Turned out, Candy knew the family the flowers were going to, which shows the strong connection she has with the community of Knoxville.
