So they knew they ahould have apoke with the owner. Then then they took the wall heater with them. It was my heater and they did not have permission to take it. Then then they came back and took my 250 gallon propane tank for no reason at all. This was also my property and was purchased back in 1968! They had no right to do this and and they will either get my property back to me today or I will file a report with the police! Please be aware of you of using them their customer service is terrible Especially Elizabeth! I tried to get the owner to call me and for a week he did not call me back. He has still not called me back!! Very poor service and I will make sure everyone that ask me I will tell them do not use this company!

I ordered 4 Japanese maples from them. 2 Celebration and 2 Gable's Glory. I live in WA state…read more They were packed excellently and are very good looking trees. I was very pleased that they offer free shipping if you spend more than $150. The sources I have bought Japanese maples from before (MrMaple, Conifer Kingdom, and Mendocino Maples either were sold out or didn't carry these) In the future I would consider Maple Ridge equal or better than any other nursery I have bought Japanese maples from, so I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

All of the nice trees were picked over weeks before December, so when we were driving around and saw a line going into Maple Ridge Nursery, we turned around and got in line ourselves. Trees varied in price for around $50 to over $100, but unlike the locations I listed above, a $100 tree LOOKED like a $100 tree. That is to say very tall, very full, very green. We got a fir for $85 and it was I believe 7 feet tall. Customer service was great, both with helping us find a tree and securing it to the car. You even upon your purchase got a free ornament, a small but kind gesture. We were told these trees are harvested from their own nursery and man, the smell of this tree just made the entire house smell festive and lived into January. Located off of Covington highway just before you reach the Panola Road Cross street, there is parking for cars in the front of the store...it's more a staging area so you can drive in, get your tree loaded and leave. This family owned shop is here each year in the same location, and while i've driven past this place in the past, often to head to big chain stores, I think i've found a tradition and next year i'll definitely be paying Maple ridge Nursery another visit. I hope you get to check them out next year also!

Buyer beware: gallon size does not reflect market expectations…read more What you're getting: A recently rooted bare-root plant in a 3-gallon pot, not a truly established 3-year-old pomegranate. My experience: I bought a 3-gallon Parfianka pomegranate expecting a structured canopy and established root system. Instead, I received an extremely underwhelming plant with barely any root development. In fact, when I removed it from the pot, most of the soil fell apart. The issue: If a nursery is selling recently rooted plants, the listing should clearly communicate that. I have yet to see another 3-gallon pomegranate on the market with this level of development. This was extremely disappointing. Customer service: Customer service was polite and did offer a partial refund or full return, but I decided to keep it to avoid the hassle and risk of shipping. I ultimately spent $40 on a plant I wouldn't have bought for $12 if I saw it in person. My recommendation: Ask for current photos and clarification on root development before purchasing unless your goal is to buy a starter plant.
