I tried out their classes with my partner over a two week period and I have no regrets whatsoever. They have great teachers and a wide variety of classes to choose from. We took the House, Afrofusion, Hip pop (2x) and afro beats classes and it was fun and good exercise. I'd definitely try them again. read more

I'm surprised that this studio only has an average 3 star rating. So I'm throwing in my 2 cents and also hoping to boost them a bit! CDC has been around for years with great teachers and a wide variety of dance styles offered (plus some more fitness oriented classes like barre bootcamp or stretching, but I have never tried those). Location is great and the studios are clean and spacious (especially the large one with high ceilings on the top floor!). They even have a boutique with shoes, accessories, clothing in case you forgot to bring something. The studio and quality of classes is on par with others in the city like Underground Dance Centre or DanceLifeX, and in fact they have many of the same teachers. Their pricing is quite competitive, especially when you factor in that many of their classes are 90 minutes instead of the usual 60 minutes. I really appreciate that, because covering fundamentals/technique AND learning a piece of choreography in one hour can be pretty tight. Especially for beginner classes, it's nice to have the extra time to break things down. Also, the changeroom situation is much better than those other 2 studios. While you have to hike to the 4th floor, at least there is a spacious area to change and leave your things (plus single bathrooms on the other floors with coat racks and shelves to put your things). I usually reserve online using the MindBodyApp, but I haven't found classes too packed or full. Their cancellation policy is 2 hours (if you cancel within 2 hours then you will get charged). I think that is pretty fair. Some of my favourites classes I have tried so far: - Dancehall with Makka - Dancehall/afro beats with Nas - Contemporary with Lauren or Kahvontay - Broadway Jazz with Stephanie All of these were beginner level and really welcoming to newbies. I found the crowd slightly more diverse in age/background compared to the other studios mentioned above that skew a bit younger and also have a larger proportion of those wanting to learn dance because of their career (singers, models, actors). I go to all 3 studios but I think CDC is the least intimidating of the bunch because most students are recreational dancers and "regular people". Follow their social media to find out about different sales or promotions. For example, during the summer, they were doing $5 drop-ins on weekend afternoons. **Warning: long review ahead. I've taken mostly Latin classes sprinkled with Bollywood and Ballet.** I am really enjoying my time here with CDC! I started with Bachata Level 1 with Cornell and over the last 6 months of going consistently, I've made great progress! Now in Bachata Level 2 and in Zamalya's classes, where she teaches Bachata technique and Sensual Bachata, and she's an absolute gem. My confidence in Bachata made me try Salsa where I took a 4 week intro course with Celina, including one private lesson, which was excellent. I continued with both Salsa Beg 1 and Beg 2 with Melanie who is an excellent and passionate instructor, and now just graduating into Intermediate. The downsides of these Latin classes that I've found that (1) it's often full. It's harder to learn with 15+ people crammed in small room. I also took a few classes with Alejandro where our class size was under 8 which was so ideal because we got to switch frequently and truly felt like we got individual attention to our weaknesses. Obviously not the teacher's fault for a full class but that's just how the dice rolls sometime (2) some people don't belong in that level. In my Beg 2 class with Melanie, where people have to go through 4 weeks of intro and 4 weeks of Beg 1, there were still some students who didn't know the basics and were consistently off rhythm. Melanie had to review moves that we learned in Intro series so that everyone could be on the same page again. So after 30 or so minutes of warm up and review... is when we finally start learning our one move of the day. For someone who practices at home and is eager to learn, paying for a class that doesn't fully challenge you is frustrating. I appreciated the few classes I took with Alejandro because his classes were smaller and we got through much more material in a single class. If there was some way for the students who clearly aren't ready, to repeat a level, that would benefit everyone. Feedback for the studio as a whole: (3) Students should be warned that classes are more like 52 minutes then a full 60 minutes. Because all classes are back to back, you have to wait for the teacher in the current class to end on time (which often they don't end on time) and everyone in the studio room that just finished to exit. Only then is when everyone who is enrolled for the next class can come in, which can take time settling in. Another problem I've seen from many teachers is that they can't connect their phone to the speaker, so there are tech issues, that take a few minutes to figure out. I think setting expectations like this would have made me feel more calm and understanding, vs. paying for a class that you think is an hour long and getting 15% less than that. ---- For Bollywood, I took two drop in classes with Ria who brings such playful energy to the space. I forgot how much I enjoyed learning and performing choreography. It's almost impossible to not smile to the music. I took two friends the first time and we all loved it. For Ballet, I'm taking the 7-week intro to ballet for absolute beginners with Esra who is crazy skilled in what she does. I enjoy how she breaks things down the same way that she teaches kids because a non ballet guy like myself have no idea what's going on sometimes. I honestly do not have fun in ballet. You don't dance much until much later and it feels kind of awkward most of the time. However, every dancer and their mom has told me that ballet is fundamental, so that's kind of the point. It will help in any form of dance, so I appreciate learning the technical aspects of the form. ---- The front desk staff has always been incredibly responsive and friendly, in person and through phone/email. Shout outs to Liz, Daphne, Maude, and Diana hola The community itself is amazing. Everyone is warm and enjoys dance, just for the love of dance. No one is putting on make up and recording themselves for Instagram. Every student I've seen genuinely wants to get better and improve for their own dance goals. I never get this competitive feel when I'm in a class. most of the veterans are generous enough to guide me most of the times. I enjoy the idea of having student teachers assist in classes (thanks Matt and Jean Marc!) because when the class is so big, they can be the ones you turn to for extra guidance. For the space, there is only one washroom on each floor for a studio of dozens of people. So use it strategically because the moment you think that you'll go later, it will be occupied, and you'll be late to your class. The studio itself is spacious and clean. The location is central to everything which makes it very convenient! ---- Thanks for all you do, CDC and team! This studio is like my 3rd home. While things are not perfect (who is?) Located in a worn down location on Queen street, City Dance Corps is a hidden gem of Toronto's sparkling social life. From the street it's easy to miss the small doorway opening to a set of very steep stairs, but if one pays closer attention, the sound of the drums will lure him in. We wanted to get in Beginner Tango, But the whole studio is very strict. Without evaluating us first or finishing the Intro class, we could not pay for the Beginner drop in classes. They had assigned time slots for evaluations, couldn't just barge in a beginners class, or arrive five minute early to talk to the teacher. The evaluation was free, but failure to show up would have resulted in a 25 CAD cancellation fee. We arrived to our first Intro class with hurt egos and expecting to get bored out of our minds. But Louise Boultbee showed us how little did we know or understand about Tango. Her exercises were eye opening, her teaching style direct and supportive. We spent an entire class walking, then one walking together, then one preparing to walk sideways, then the last one walking sideways. It was money well spent. Louise flanked most of the class, advising them to retake intro, go to Practica (free for new comers) where they can practice with teachers present, or take at least one private lesson. We passed. They even offered us 2 extra drop in classes if signing in for 10, so we did exactly that, looking forward for tomorrow. Our impression of the studio is favorable. Receptionists are helpful and kind, while the building is a bit run down, and the class rooms seam small it proved to be perfect for us. And the teachers are great we met Louise and Jerome so far, both were kind and helpful, and knowledgeable. I've also took a peek at other, more dynamic classes, all looked great. read more

I've taken a variety drop-in classes at City Dance Corps at their old Adelaide and new Queen West locations. There are some pro's: some terrific dancers teaching, great schedule, organized website, clean washroom. Con's: high prices, classes are sometimes crowded and ATTITUDE (not just the ballet position!) I brought a girlfriend there for a fun, active hang-out: dance class followed by coffee. I pre-paid for two spots in the class. For some reason, reception chased down my friend and wanted to citizen's arrest her for trying to sneak in. Another newbie friend also commented on the meangirl attitude of the skinnier-than-thou, Step It Up 7-inspired reception staff. Also, heads up that they will charge you a $5 "replacement fee" for issuing a paper card with a number on it and their pre-paid class cards have tight expiration periods. read more

I have dealt with CDC for many years now. My previous experience with them had been not excellent, not horrible, but generally a studio that has great teacher and adequate service so no complain. However, this year I had multiple dealings with CDC that made me realize just how bad their customer service and studio policy are. I have spoke to management about a good portion of these and the response had been very antagonizing. This is the reason why I am posting this review because I felt like these issues should be known to anyone who wish to attend class at CDC. Studio condition: 1. no water fountain, I was told you can either purchase water at front desk or get water out of bathroom sink (or of course, bring your own) 2. at least 2 studio have un-even floor / hole on the floor Class cancellation policy: 1. Class cancellation policy was not communicated to student before class start, or clearly marked anywhere on the website : I went to a drop in class once where the teacher and two students were there, they cancel the class because there wasn't 4 people in class and refund everyone's class as studio credit, not the cash I paid before class. 2. There is no deadline to when the class cancellation policy kick in for performance class : I was enroll in the 12 weeks performance class, 4 weeks in they are still waiting for more people to register and I was told the entire time that the class might cancel. 3. Multi-drop in class package vs. cancel class : If you purchased a multi-class package with expiry date, the class credit you get (due to cancellation policy) will be on the same expiry date as original package. Say the package expiry tomorrow, I come in for a drop in today and unfortunately it got cancel, I have to come in for class tomorrow otherwise it expire. 4. Performance class cancellation fee too high. Their website stated if a student committed to a performance class and then back out, they are subject to a cancellation fee. When I had some work commitments that conflicted with the class and I had to drop out, I called expecting a % of cancellation fee as most service do. To my surprise, I was told the cancellation fee would be $250 which was the price of the class and there would be no refund as a result. Combined with what I stated above, many other issues not listed here, and the fact that whenever I tried to escalated I am met with CDC pointing finger at me and making up policies I never heard of. CDC is clearly a business that spend more time trying to get more money from you then providing a good service. I say take your money else where, there are plenty other dance studio in town. ------------------edit 5 days after original review posted CDC manager Melissa have called back and offer a refund to my performance class. I recently took a a series of absolute beginner's ballet classes here. Being a non-dancer (I was a big ol' tomboy as a child and definitely was not interested in girly ballet classes), I was intimidated as hell by the whole idea of a dance studio. Imagine my surprise when the reception staff were lovely, welcoming, and as supportive as they can be during a three minute registration conversation. The studio (we were in studio 2) itself was nice, if a bit run down. Two walls of big windows let in lots and lots of light. One large wall of mirrors so we could all see just how bad our posture was. And plenty of barre space for us newbies to practice our bending and toe pointing. The room could use a new coat of paint and the hardwood floor has definitely been around for a while, but I like a bit of creakiness in most things, so I'm good with that. I had two different instructors and both seemed ok to me, but I have nothing to compare them to. They did some barking at us loudly, and harsh, repetitive correcting of our technique. The second instructor (Angel) seemed to have a bit of a sense of humour about the whole thing, which I appreciate. I mean, come on. We're a group of adult women learning to dance. It's got to be funny. The changeroom is large enough to be comfortable-ish. No lockers, but everyone took their bags and stashed them in a corner of the large studio, so no worries about security. I'm looking forward to trying the absolute beginner's jazz series next. read more

I tried a flexibility class here and never came back. The studio itself is a bit worn down. The location is good though, it's located close to the street cars. I wasn't a bit fan of the floors. They are very old and slippery. I didn't take any of their other classes. I got the sense that the teachers don't focus so much on technique but rather on fun and a good workout. If you're a dedicated dancer, you probably should go to a studio more geared towards technique rather than a general workout type studio. read more

I used to come here regularly for the House dance classes on weekends, but my schedule got crazy, so I stopped. I came back a few days ago and decided to try the Ballet Boot Camp class... I got my a$$ kicked! It was definitely a workout, but the instructor (who was super nice/Spanish) kept the mood light and fun. I've generally had great experiences with the instructors here. They offer a wide variety of classes (Salsa, Break Dancing, Whacking, Afro Fusion, Contemporary, Aerial Silks, etc.), so I'm excited to return and try my hand (/feet!) at some others. Hour-long drop-in classes run for $15.65, which ain't bad. The downside is that the building is very old... The floors are worn and too smooth, which makes it hard to grip if you're barefooted. The heating/cooling system is also awful... It gets way too hot in summer, and the studio was still really hot when I went a few days ago (while it was -20 degrees outside). read more

Horrible company. I had purchased in person classes pre-Covid. The studio closed for Covid, without refunding anyone. They are now open and still not offering refunds; you can go in person (clearly not safe to dance in person given public health guidelines) or do it virtually (I don't have space in my in my home). I'm taking a salsa class here and I love it! Before I take a class here I took a class from one of the best (people says but i dont think so) school which is base in NYC but i didnt really enjoy their class. They don't teach detail and show the dance pattern and just made me copy it. But here C.D.C is totally different. They teach so detail and also their salsa style is very unique and very stylish. I've dance for 3 years but most my friends are dance instructor of salsa in other countries. So i know who is good teacher. Many people make a mistake to think good dancer is good teacher. Sometime Yes. But most of time No. C.D.Cs teachers are very professional and friendly. Also people in the class are so nice too. You won't never feel shy to come to class by youself. salsa class starts with stretching and spin techniques and partnership connection. (most salsa class in toronto don't stretch!) Best Salsa and Tango class !! Also it's so good price for class fee. Unlimited class pass is only 130$!!! I took a class for 230$ once a week ×6weeks in other school but..feel like I wasted money since I know this school. Highly recommend for salsa and tango!!! read more

I purchased a 5 class pass for outdoor classes. So far I've registered for classes five times and none of these classes ran because they don't have enough people coming to take the class. This is not just a minor inconvenience - every time I plan to take a class I have to make arrangements at work to start work later. Their marketing problem or poor choices of scheduling shouldn't affect their customers! And of course they are refusing to provide a refund. If they had money to move to a bigger studio and renovate it top to bottom, I don't understand how they are "unable" to refund for cancelled classes. read more

It's ballet, modern, jazz, contemporary, various salsa/partner styles, and a sprinkling of fitness themed classes (pilates, ballet "boot-camp" etc). I've been going off and on for the past 4 years, and I've NEVER encountered any attitude, nor any hardsell. Nice management, very high quality of instruction, nice facilities. Reasonable prices. Anyone who gives this place less than 3 stars, either had bad luck in their experience, or is being unreasonable or has an axe to grind. My 2 cents. read more

I actually had a really good experience with the receptionists. I thought they were super friendly and it makes all the difference when you're new and registering for a class. I think it's good that they made these changes in customer service since I remember phoning a couple of years ago and didn't receive a friendly response. The dance studios are a hit and miss when it comes to temperature. One studio for my jazz class was way too warm. I liked the instructors even though I've only taken two classes. I find the age of individuals in the classes varies which is nice. The tap class I took ranged from 20's to 40's and the instructor was really encouraging and positive. read more

I follow instructors around the city to take their dance classes. Big fan of Dancehall (Makka Stoute, Mrs. Faby). CDC's students seem to be older (late 20s, early 30s) versus Underground Dance Center (late-teens, early 20s). Facilities are clean, receptionists are professional, Gatorade/Bars are available on-site but you can very well cross the street to buy bananas for $1 each from the convenience store. read more

I took the Absolute Beginners Hip Hop class here on Wednesday night and loved it! Let me begin by saying that I am by no means athletic and actually overweight. I was looking for a good activity to get myself active while still having fun and I was recommended to C.D.C by a regular at my work who is a dancer himself. Our instructor was named Rachel and she was very friendly and welcoming. I was extremely nervous prior to the class because I had never done anything like this but she made it fun and easy. The class begun with some warm-ups. Now, I had it in my head that a "warm-up" was some decent cardio that got the heart rate up. Let's just say that half-way through I was asking myself, "How bad would it look if I walk out right now?" Rachel had us getting some serious sweat on! My muscles were burning in the not-so-fun-way but even thoughI found some of the warm up activities difficult, I pushed through as best as I could. Near the end of the warm-up she had us stretch a bit and then we finally got into the choreography. I cannot stress enough how patient yet energetic the instructor was with us. She showed us every single detail between steps, she explained counts, transitions, and all of those fancy dance terms that I don't remember very clearly. She was constantly asking if anyone had any questions and the overall atmosphere amongst the classmates was very relaxed and open. I would definitely recommend taking a class here if you've never danced before and are looking to try something new. It's a great way to meet people (I'm referring to you, girl in the blue shirt, that was very nice and helped calm some of my nerves) and just have an overall good time with strangers (now referring to you, awesome asian guy that can seriously bust a move!). I would suggest coming in early because I was told the class gets quite packed. Luckily on this day it was freezing out and not a lot of people showed. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 stars is because the prize for a drop-in class seems a bit too much to me. They did offer me a 2-week-unlimited drop in pass for $50 (can only be redeemed on the same day as your drop in) but since they only offered the AB Hip Hop class once or twice a week, and at least one of those times interfered with my work schedule, I found it pointless. Give them a try though! And if you happen to get Rachel as an instructor, even better. She definitely made this easier. read more

We have been going to city dance corps kids classes for the last two years. Started with the parent and tot classes and then moved to beginner ballet. The teachers are okay, but it is not a serious dance school. It's extremely crowded in all the classes. They have become one of those dance schools that are mostly after parents' money rather than providing quality dance lessons to children. read more

I love coming here. The building is dated but that's what I like about it. I think it's charming. I started by taking tap classes after a very long hiatus and the teacher (Diane) was very supportive. I took their beginner hip hop class for the first time today. It wasn't too bad. The only thing that really bugged me was the front desk staff. One of them was really snobby and not friendly at all. I asked her a few questions and her answers were no help at all - she didn't even give me alternatives or other options. I was 5 cents short and she completely ignored me and stared at the computer screen! Until I found some extra change she quickly grabbed the cash. Front desk = first impressions. City Dance Corps is a good studio if you're a beginner dancer and don't want to feel embarrassed in front of other dancers. I've taking beginner Jazz and the teachers are nice and will go over the steps again if you need it. The downside is dance classes are a little bit pricey and they expire if you don't use them in a certain amount of time, so when I pre-paid for 5 classes I only ended up using 3. The receptionist is not so friendly or welcoming (which is nerve-wracking as a non-dancer walking into a dance studio.) And lastly, if they don't have enough people for a class they will cancel which is awful seeing as I take a subway and a bus to get there. Overall a fun dance class but not so sure if it's worth all the hassle. read more

My daughter is enrolled in the ballet class here. We prepaid for a year, never got any discounts, although were promised by the director when spoke to her on the phone. The class is 30 min long, and they always either start late, or finish early or both, and spend about 15 min on marking the attendance and useless conversations, and sticker time in the end, which leaves you with maybe 10 min of sub par dance instruction. Also, the class has too many children enrolled for the amount of time they spend there. Bottom line, for the quality you get there, it's extremely overpriced and they under deliver big time. I chose the studio based on location, don't repeat my mistake. A babysitter can do the same if not a better job teaching your children "ballet". read more

I feel disappointed by this because their facility is beautiful and they have a good variety of classes, but that attitude has got to go. I have taken break dancing classes at City Dance Corps and it was super fun! The instructor was fairly knowledgeable and motivating. The class sizes were fairly small, which was nice because most of us did not have any break dancing experience. Expect for that underground illegal dance fighting league that I was kicked out of=) haha. The studio was small with hard wood floors and mirrors lining the walls. It was on the ground level with large windows so that street walkers could peer in and see your moves. I was not bananas about this aspect. My moves are a secret=) and are only unleashed after ingesting several spirits and being challenged to a dance fight. They appear to have a large selection of various dance classes ranging from a Hallowe'en thriller dance series to salsa, hip hop, break dance, to contemporary. I think next year I will get some friends and try to sign up for the thriller workshop. They also offer drop in classes so that you can experiment with different styles and then you may decide if one is right for you. City Dance Corps classes are an excellent way to have fun, gain strength, flexibility and coordination. I recommend this dance studio. But make um understand its Westside foe life read more

I take tap here with Diane, and she is absolutely amazing! She is the nicest and most encouraging tap teacher I have ever had! I have learned so much from her and had a great time doing the performance class a few years ago. Even though I was a beginner, she helped me to learn and keep up with the other dancers in my class. I love the workshops that are offered as well. The only reason I took off a star for this studio is because of their scheduling. I wish they would schedule more beginner/intermediate/open jazz classes in the evening. I take Jazz at a different studio because the class I would like to take here is on a weekday afternoon. I have taken a few classes in this studio already. A few red flags I noticed, they always try to make you purchase more unnecessary classes. I find that not all teachers are willing to really teach you technique in the level that you are taking because I guess there is a special class for that, which of course you need to pay. So far, the best teacher is Cornelle for salsa classes. Well of course this is a business establishment so they need to find ways on how to make extra money. This I can turn a blind eye so to speak but just like the previous disappointed patrons before me who experienced big NASTY ATTITUDE from front desk staff I wil not recommend this studio fto anyone. BEWARE as this is not a friendly place to be. I am in so much shock that instead of an apology from being neglected as they tried to serve the next person who came after me all I got was a combative attitude and told me that BUT you are on the phone!!!!. (I was waiting in line for what felt like 10 minutes to get served while chatting on the phone with a friend, but do note that I have been trying to get an eye contact from either of the front desk clerks to no success). FYI, the first step of customer service is to acknowledge your patron, say hello, smile and thank them afterwards. NONE of their personnel must have heard these as in my 6 months of going to this place I have NOT experience any of these. read more

I don't know why this place gets such a bad rap in terms of customer service. I've been attending CDC since the summer and I've never experienced less than friendly front staff. The classes are great and are cheaper than most other drop-in dance classes in the GTA. The location (Queen West) is great when you have a little break between classes. The instructors are great and really help improve technique. Most of them are funny as well! Like I said, I've been attending since summer and have yet to be disappointed with the studio. Pros: This is a dance studio for everyone from absolute beginners to experienced dancers. The reception staff and teachers are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and modern. If you forget a yoga mat you can borrow one for $1! I have been going to a variety of the drop-in classes during the week. I have absolutely zero dancing experience but I've had a great experience all the same! I've been to the Flexibility class and Ballet Boot Camp class taught by Elizabeth Vecchio - the first is like yoga for dancers, and the second is a fun, tough work out that anyone can attend no matter your dance level. I also attended Contemporary (B/I) taught by Shawn Bracke - I didn't realize that 'B' (beginner) level means you have at least 2-4 years of dancing experience so I definitely felt out of place in this class!! On the bright side Shawn was very friendly and helpful even though I had no idea what I was doing. Cons: most recently, I attended the Hip Hop (AB) class at 2:30 on sundays which was fun but extremely crowded. The pace was a little fast for an 'AB' (absolute beginner) level course. TL;DR: The staff, teachers, and facilities are great but when you attend drop-in classes choose your timing and experience level wisely so that it's not over-crowded or too advanced!! read more

I took the absolute beginner hip hop class here for a while. The teacher Jennalee is an amazing teacher and made the classes fun and interesting and I always felt I'd had a workout and also learned something. BUT there was a contingent of 5-6 people who attended each week, were well known and regular attendees to the school and friends with the teacher. They were clearly not "absolute beginners" and far from it. I came regularly for several months but was in the end turned off by the group who always snagged the prime front position which should have been for those who needed to be able to see the teacher do the moves . I once told her this and that class we got lived around but in the end ever class had them at the front I witnessed many times new people coming once. Seeing how good this were and deciding they weren't good enough to continue - so these people should not have been in this class but we're allowed because they were friends If they wanted to come and dance they should have been identified to the beginners as a group with experience and made to dance at the back and / or used as tutors . A wide variety of fun classes all throughout the day, and a convenient location. The classes are mainly for amateurs and geared toward having fun. The card policy makes me not attend as often as I would like to, as I often cannot be bothered to look for my card, but I will not pay five dollars for a replacement card, based on principle, and I do not carry cards on my keychain. When I attend without a card, it is a hassle. I have suggested this feedback to two receptionists, who were not very receptive. I am posting this review hoping that this policy may change, and the use of the card will become optional, like at other studios. I would love to attend more classes without searching all my bags for the card. read more

It was my first time ever taking a dance class here in Toronto! Amazing people, environment and location, the instructors are brilliant and enthusiastic and it was just an amazing first experience. The studio is very welcoming with everyone being very helpful and polite! I have some previous dance experience and I was looking forward to taking classes from one of City Dance Corps co-founders, Estelle. Unfortunately similar to some of the reviews below, the first impression of the school was the unfriendly attitude from Estelle and other staff members. From the moment I entered the studio as a potential new student , I was ignored by the front staff and did not feel very welcome. I understand people are busy but when they finally registered me, they made me feel like I was imposing on them. They then tried to up-sell me before I even started. I should've known that was a bad sign, but the most disappointing part of the experience is Estelle's rude and unprofessional attitude towards her students and staff at the studio. It's one of the most unfriendly dance environments. Trust me there are plenty of other schools that are friendlier and more professional in comparison. I hate leaving negative reviews and rarely do so, but felt I had to write something about my experience with City Dance Corps. Maybe the review will be a wake-up call to focus on customer service. read more

Melissa us a great instructor. I wish it was on the ground floor as there are at least 200 steps to get upstairs are they are steep! Staff (front desk girls) are borderline dummies and incompetent... Place is also expensiveeeeeeeeee!!! read more

Great quality dance classes, when they happen. I bought a monthly pass and classes are often cancelled due to lack of people who show up (they need 4 to run a class) and also cancelled due to not being able to find a teacher. I have made the effort to come here after a long day at work, just wanting to unwind with a dance class, only to find that the classes I want have been cancelled. Also, they use sub teachers for many classes, so u dont know what you're going to get. Will not be renewing my membership as it's just too hit or miss. read more
