Julie B. is correct; the valley location receptionist is a bully. She called me to remind me of the appointment and barked orders to me about filling out a form. She would not answer my questions as to why that was necessary and basically talked down to me as one might to an animal. I went to the office to confront her about her bad behavior and things went downhill from there. I contacted the owner, described the incident, and he asked if I would go downtown for my treatment, which I did. He was personable and the experience was positive. He gave me exercises to work on, suspended visits because it was no longer necessary but told me to call if need be. I called and left a message at the desk (which by the way is much better than the valley location) for him to call me about a pain issue. It's been over 2 weeks and no return phone call.

Uncaring and Unwilling to see a sick 3 year old child who needed an appt for a simple ear infection…read moreeven though there were two open appointments because he was a 'new patient' and from out of town. phone wasnt answered. i left a message and was not called back. then I called later and got through. When i was a medic working pediatrics, we had compassion for kids in pain. Now I am a lawyer and was in Juneau on a case and my little boy needed help because he was in pain and we were denied care. really sad.
